Late check in instructions were very clear

Paper thin walls could hear and smell everything through the corridor

We stayed for one month at Ilford Luxury Apartments and was exceptionally happy with our apartment which was a one bedroom flat. The check in was quite easy with the staff at the office being very helpful. We were lucky to get an early check in. The apartment was very clean and spacious. A couple of minor issues were quickly attended by the office staff. The apartment was cleaned and supplied with fresh linen and toilet rolls every third day during our stay. The distance to the Ilford tube station is about 5 to 8 minutes depending on the speed. Plenty of shops around.

not really a complaint but the Wi-Fi signal in the sitting/ dinning area was weak despite the efforts of a technican. He however helped me with a LAN connection. The bathroom does not have any shelves to keep your toiletries. This could be easily resolved by the management.

Loved the apartment and location!!! It was very clean and adequate provisions made for cooking. The location was great since its barely 5 minutes from the town centre. Most shops one needs is readily available e.g Tesco, Iceland Lidl for groceries, There is an elevator in the apartment building making it easy to cart heavy bags and shopping to the apartment

I wish the shower was enclosed since the bathroom would be flooded after every bath. It made taking a bath a chore every day since we had to clean the flooded bathroom after every bath. I also wish the cleaning crew came more frequently if not to clean at least to change the bath towels and replace the floor towels

A good 10 min walk to train station and London was really hot that week.

Spacious apartment, separate kitchen with big fridge and even a washing machine. Air-conditioning. Supermarket right across the street. Good train connections to the city. A big park within 5 Minuten walking distance with childrens playground, café and a lot of space. Internet worked well. Sofa bed has a good size. Linen, towels and kitchen supplies for dishwashing were supplied. We did overall enjoy our stay.

The apartment is lacking a bit of charm as there are no accessories. Also, the kitchen could use a little more equipment. Cutting board, spatula, etc. But the essentials are there. Hooks for coats in the hallway and for towels in bathroom would have been nice. Bed linen did not really fit the bed and did not stay in place. No regular TV programm. The floor was not really clean, but everything else was.

The flats are modern and clean.

The entire property was very well maintained and clean. The host were very kind and upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment. we throughly enjoyed the stay and was a lovely experience. Will definitely go back to them for any future travel plans.

There is not a single thing I didn’t like about the property

Neat and clean apartaments, comfortable beds, everything as described.

The apartment is modern and spacious with everything thing you need for a self catering break. Very clean.

There was very little sound insulation from the other apartments. Doors banging sounded like it was in our apartment and we could hear everything from next door and above. Earplugs for sleeping are recommended.

One towel for 5 days?!😒

sofa bed was quite hard ! £300 deposit required caused a lot of stress prior to arrival - wasn’t needed in the end. man in reception was lovely !

Apartment is new and clean.

I don t want to be waken 5 times a night, every night by drunk neighbours and junkies.
