Perfect property and location for a getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday with family!

We loved this property. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very family friendly. The beach was crowded, but the tram service was helpful to get back and forth with our beach items. We loved having coffee on the porch each morning and the walkability to both Rosemary and Alys beach shops and restaurants.

The home was amazing! Location was great! We really enjoyed our visit.

This was our second time to stay at this house because we love it so much! Great time! We will be back!

The property was clean and just as advertised. The property managers were super communicative and helpful! (We had a minor issue with garbage disposal and sent someone right away). This was perfect for our two kids (10 & 13) and my parents, along with my husband and I. This would be a good option for someone with reduced mobility given it’s single floor plan (although a few stairs to get inside). This was our first trip to this area and we see the charm! The large community pool was nice but very crowded (as one might expect during spring break and the suboptimal temps/weather on the one decent day of the week). Thanks for a lovely stay and sharing your property with us - we hope to return again!

This house was perfect! Super clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Had to work a little in the mornings and the wifi was great. We have stayed in this area for the last few years and have never stayed in a house that was so well maintained. The beds were super comfy too! We will definitely stay here again!

Really needed a one story for my mother and very glad I found this spot. Clean, easy check out and everything you could need.

House had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Bikes were a bonus and enabled us not to have to bring our own or have the expense of renting them. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy, baths nicely updated. Tram stop right across the street so super convenient to get to the beach.

We had a blast! Loved the area, the pool and beach are not far away, easy for cars to park and to bike around. The house was very nice as we expected. We will definitely come back

Lovely cottage in great location.

Amazing location right in the middle of rosemary and ally’s (best beaches in Florida) had a blast with out family of 7. The bikes were lovely. We use the pool and shuttle to the beach. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. We would love to come back one day.

Super clean, updated home with everything you need for a great family trip. Great location and great community pool. Short walk to pool and beach. Lots of families. Very friendly area.

The good, the bad, the ugly, and the poop. As others have said, the house was nice, the floors were dirty, and the beach access is small and completely inadequate. THE POOL FIASCO!!! - In booking this vacation, the pool was a huge draw for us. In fact, having narrowed it down to two properties, we paid a substantial amount more for this rental because of the size of the pool. Checking the weather the few days before we headed down to Fl., I knew they were having a lot of red flag (rip tide) warnings, so I was thankful we had opted for the larger pool if we couldn't be at the beach. We had red flag warnings while we were there on Sunday, and Monday, and Tuesday started out as a red flag and they downgraded it during the afternoon to yellow). Sunday we went to the pool, no problems, (but chairs can be very hard to come by). Monday was another red flag day, so we just sat on the beach in the morning and headed to the pool in the afternoon. We were stopped by a tram driver and told the pool was closed for repairs, and that it might be opened on Tuesday, but it might be closed until Wednesday. Our jaws dropped. So on Tuesday morning, because the pool was unavailable, the beach was at a red flag, and needing something to do, we packed up everyone and drove about an hour to a Destin beach because they were at a yellow flag, definitely not something we had wanted to do. Wednesday we had an excursion earlier in the day, and as we were leaving the property we could see the pool was open. After we returned, we headed to the pool in the afternoon, surprised to see chairs available! We didn't get but a few steps in until other guests informed us that the pool was again closed, someone had pooped in the pool and it would take somewhere around 4 hours to get it up and running. Again, our jaws dropped. When booking a rental like this, you are not only booking the house, you are booking the facility as well, and for a very large chunk of our vacation, the pool (why we chose this rental) was unavailable. In communicating with the rental operator, we have been told the pool closing was out of their control, and offered a very small, token refund which they said was the "property fee". We have also been told that to do the repairs they did in 2 days was "a remarkable time frame". I guess we are supposed to be grateful we got to use the pool at all. Based upon this experience and the response of the operator, I would not recommend this property.

The property was exactly as it was listed. We loved the house and had everything we needed. It's location is super convenient and could access all the local shops, restaurants and beach by walking or on a bike.

This rental was shared with a couple of friends. The house was bright, spacious, & clean. The Seacrest pool area was large & beautiful. The only disappointment was the beach space, so crowded due to an umbrella company taking up much of the space on one side & private beach areas on the other.

Great house and perfect layout for our family. Super comfortable beds, grill, well-equipped kitchen, close to everything including the beach (tram stop right outside the door - though we rarely used it). Only negative is internet service - which was terrible. But not a big deal if you have mobile hotspot. Would definitely rent here again.

This property was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and local shops. We enjoyed biking through the neighborhood and made some good memories.

We really enjoyed our stay for our family of four. We spent time at the pool which is a short walk, the beach which is a short shuttle ride, riding bikes, dining out, and walking into Alys and Rosemary Beach. The property was clean and well maintained. Our young boys loved our stay. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The house was on a great location. We were near the pool and a short ride on the tram to the beach. It was very clean and spacious.

It was weird that there was no hand soap, especially since we’re in the middle of a pandemic but otherwise the stay was excellent. WiFi worked well enough to work and it is walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed everything. Thank you!

My husband, daughter, her fiancé, and son (all 22+) enjoyed our family getaway and are looking forward to returning next year! A big plus was the two masters and the third bedroom having its own bathroom. The house was perfect and immaculate…not to mention comfortable with a great location! Lots to do in the area and we especially enjoyed the pool area!

This property was truly lovely. The house was immaculate and beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 4 but could easily accommodate another small family. We felt safe in the community. We loved the convenience to the pool and took the tram to the beach access daily. This was our first trip to 30 A, and we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! So clean, comfortable, and a great location. Loved the 1-story feel, so easy. Great communication with Derek and Sandra. They were quick to respond when needed. Minor issue with the bikes, and it was handled so quick that it was not an inconvenience at all. Thank you Derek! We walked to beach, rode bikes in the neighborhood and to the town center every day. All beds were comfortable, such a cute house. We loved it. Will definitely rent again! Thank you!

Fantastic! The tram to the beach was wonderful and my children enjoyed the bikes. The house was clean and very spacious. We plan to stay in this rental again!

This was our 2nd time staying in this property and it did not disappoint. We loved the upgrades and enjoyed all of the space for our young children, ages 5.5 and 18 months. As usual, we enjoyed the ease of walking to nearby eating places and the tram to the beach. We can't wait to return.

There was a problem with our original rental property and we were switched to a different property with ease! I am so thankful for 30A Sea Story and the quick move and great communication. I would recommend renting with them!
