Sijainti oli erinomainen, lähellä kaikkea mihin piti päästä! Aamupala oli todella runsas ja laaja, ja hyvin suunniteltu vetämään isompikin porukka. Sauna oli auki tosi myöhään, mikä oli myös tosi hienoa! Huone oli erittäin hiljainen ja mukava, nukuin kuin tukki. Näkymät huoneesta kaupungin ylle olivat henkeäsalpaavat!

Olisin toivonut enemmän informaatiota siitä mitä kauppakeskusessa tapahtui ajankohtaisesti, miten saa alennukset kaupoista ja miten aulabaari on auki.

Sängyt ja tyynyt ovat todella hyvät. Huoneet vähän liian tyhjät koska kaikuvat. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja sitä on tarpeeksi.

Tällä kertaa oli huoneen siisteydessä parantamista, esim vedenkeitin jne oli likainen ja hylly todella pölyinen. Wifi ei toiminut lainkaan ja se on huono asia työssä matkustavalle. Huoneet vähän liian tyhjät koska kaikuvat.

Super location in a huge shopping centre. It was easy and quick to go to Helsinki and to the airport by train. We had a room on the 11th floor with a fantastic view. We had to leave early and could'nt use the normal breakfast. But we got from the reception a good "early" breakfast to take to our room.

Kulkeminen sijainnin takia täysi 10, yllättävän hiljainen vaikka ovi yhteys naapurihuoneeseen.

Kylpyhuoneen siisteys oli huono. Roskis tyhjentämättä edellisen verisiä tuotteita täynnä. Ammeen ja suojaseinän tiivisteet todella likaiset. Kylpyhuoneen syväpuhdistuksesta tuntui olevan vierähtänyt jo tovi

Aamiaisen sisältö oli runsas, paikallisuutta ja luomua oli tuotu esiin monissa ruuissa.

Aamiaistilassa liian ruokailupöydät liian tiivisti.

the hotel is good in general, the location is really amazing in the middle of a mall and the rail way station, you could reach the city centre with in 10 min by train (no stops). the staff are helpful. the breakfast was really nice and meet every one expectation. having Shataaf (if you know then you Know) was a an amazing bonus

The door to the room had to be closed manually. Otherwise they were not closed.

Hotel in a shopping center, next to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is really good, varied and tasty.

Self check-in was not possible if you are not a Finnish citizen.

Elevators not always working efficiently, sometimes waiting time of several minutes was necessary.

The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The room was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. We had an amaizing view on Helsinki city center. The location is perfect, aspecially the train station in the same building, so you have an easy connection to the city center, airport, as well as long-distance destinations. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was spacious for one person and the Nordic style interior was fresh. A handy location for train travellers, super nice and friendly staff and service. The breakfast was also excellent and not too crowded.

The room was a bit pricey considering the immediate neighbourhood doesn't have much beyond the station and the mall and my room was facing the more boring inner yard, but the hotel itself was still lovely!

very good location, just in Tripla, no need to get out of Pasila station to go to the hotel, a lot of restaurants in Tripla mall, and very convenient to take a train to anywhere.

My regular hotel, when arriving to Helsinki with a night flight. Convenient location, as one can travel practically indoors all the way from airport to the hotel lobby.

The price is quite high when booking only one night; it pays off to stay longer.
