The room was amazing, the facilities, cleanliness and breakfast. Defenetly going back !

I did a reservation from Booking for 3 nights, all paid in advance. I couldn't arrive for the first night and I called Hotel for 2 times, but no response (it was busy, they told me later that could not answer because they were busy... I understand this, but at least they could configure a voicemail). When I arrived, in the day after (2nd day of my reservation), I was told that my whole reservation was canceled because I didn't inform that I couldn't arrive in the first day! I find this unacceptable, since all was paid in advance, with confirmation. After lot of discussions, they returned me the money for the remaining 2 nights. Initially they proposed to give me 2 nights in other period (this is hilarious, really..). So, basically, the room that I reserved (paid in advance) was delivered to somebody else and nothing remained available for me. Finally, I was sent to Booking for making complain. Is typical balcanic behavior: the passing of responsibility. I imagine that if I wouldn't arrive at all, all the money for reservation would have been taken from Booking. And in the same time, the room offered to somebody else. So money from 2 directions. Good business!

We liked basically everything in that hotel. The private jacuzzi tub in the room is really great, the spa is great, the service is great. Very comfortable, big bed. Always nice and friendly staff.

The water in the indoor pool could have been a little bit warmer. But I can understand, that we all are forced to save energy these days. There is insufficient public transport connection to the city. But we visited Mamaia off-season, during summer time I guess it will be better. The six-lane main steet, where the hotel is situated, is missing a continuous footway. They removed it to create more parking lots, not caring about people travelling without a car. But well, that's not the hotel's fault...

Location and facilities on a par level

The 4 star standard hotel is based on customer service that was faded due to the unprofessional staff behaviour. Starting with the front desk agent that seems tired and annoyed by any issue encountered, and ending with the poor and negative approach of the SPA hosts that were engaged in a conversation between them and seemed annoyed by our presence. Nevertheless, as a business you should reconsider your standards

The ventilator was very noisy in the bathroom. Also the light had some issues. Definitely the room needs some maintenance..

Clean, easy parking and close to restaurants. The view from our lake side room was nice.

The swimming pool has a window to the street, not very private. Massages aren’t done professionally. The breakfast was not great, 5/10, but it was off-season. And lastly; the shower didn’t have a curtain resulting in a very simple shower or a sea of water in the floor.
