Highly disappointed in this unit: NO WIFI,few utensils, old bedding and towels, sliding door sticks, disposal was leaking and huge bowl under sink with gunk? no cleaning person saws this? washer shakes violently and loudly and can hear outside also rusted, master bedroom sink drips, furniture old and warm badly, shades were broken and had to be replaced, smoke detectors had to be replaced, all beach chairs broken and had to be replaced. Working with rent siesta key and the management was useless when it came to getting wifi and we were working from there. On our own we finally got to owner and during the last week we wifi and he would only give us 100 dollars which was terrible. NEVER RENT THIS UNIT NOR WOULD I USE RENT SIESTA KEY.

The unit was very clean and very cute. Check in was effortless With a key box on the door. There are tons of towels which came in handy going back and forth from the beach and pool...and the pool was never crowded. I loved having a washer and dryer in the room and I loved the covered parking and the beautiful grounds. My only criticism is that all the blinds need to be replaced because they’re very old and didn’t provide complete privacy..:we remedied this by hanging sheets over the blinds in the bedrooms..the other issue was that the lock didn’t work on the master bedroom. All-in-all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

For the price it’s worth it. However there were maintenance issues. Unclear instructions about what the key fob was to access pool. Single house key instead of key or card fobs to get into residence made it difficult for multiple people staying. Had cable issues with unclear solutions to fix the issue.

We did have internet access problems that the office could not solve so we used our computers in the activity center nearby. Apartment was next dumpster and they left the door open, so smell was not good coming in.

Mgmnt didn’t know where it was coming from and the rental agency said it wasn’t a problem that fell within their responsibility. One from the mgmnt said “lose my number, don’t call me again.” On the 8th day, the water spread from the master bath to master bedroom, down the halo, into the 2nd bedroom, by the front door, and into the kitchen. I was left on my own until a plumber came from a unit on another floor and told me I had to evacuate was 10 PM on Sunday. No help was offered to me. The next day the unit owner was finally identified to me and contacted me; he found a vacancy on Longboat Key, but the Rental agency took no responsibility and neither did the building mgmnt. And the refused to reimburse me for the 3 days of flooding during my first week because of a legal clause saying they don’t have to. The owner and building mgmnt were also unwilling. Throughout this worsening situation, the rental agency did nothing. And just to add a little more pain, the wi-fi didn’t work. Never again.

It was very easy to access our rental and had all of the instructions and regulations right on the app. We were centrally located and our unit was very nice. My only complaint is that the master bedroom tub floor is very bumpy and almost soft feeling. After reading other reviews it appears it has been a problem for a while now.

I should have taken a look at the brand, bc I would buy it for my home. Everything else is above my expectations-fully stocked kitchen cabinets and washer and dryer. That was a lifesaver! Don't forget to look in the patio storage shed. Lots of Beach equipment to borrow! Only two things that were not awesome--the master shower has an uneven floor causing both my husband and I to slip and bruise ourselves and I can't find the remote to make the master tv work. Otherwise, we were extremely happy.

We specifically wanted a ground floor location so the kids could easily go out and play. This location was perfect for this and the condo felt very safe to be on the ground floor. Overall the condo was clean and very spacious for my family of 4. The grounds of the condo are well kept and the pool was clean. My wife and I even got the chance to play some billards in the main building. The location is good but wish there were closer beach accesses. This is nothing the condo owner can do, but important to note for other travelers. We ended up driving to the beach access 12 every morning since the walk was too long for the kids. There are tips only rides you can take and the trolley, but out of convenience and to carry the beach stuff it was easier to drive. The WiFi is really bad. The Internet speed is fine, but you basically have to stay in the master bedroom to keep a consistent connection (tried on multiple devices). The cost of a decent router is so cheap, this should not be a problem people should have. We ended up having to clean a bunch of dishes when we got there. There were about a dozen bowls, mugs, and utensils with caked on melted cheese. Not sure what the previous guests were doing with so much cheese but they obviously didn't take the time to clean up. We also found a half eaten hot dog in the fridge. Wish the cleaner spent a little extra time to give the fridge and cupboards a once over. Overall we were happy with our stay.

While not the most updated one it is very clean and suitable for our needs while in Sarasota. Were pleased to have nice new towels and plenty of them even when our grandkids visited. Was hoping the bathtub in master bedroom had been replaced but everything else made for a great stay. I think insurance is supposed to cover the tub problem so maybe by next Spring it will be fixed. That is the only reason for the four stars. If you need a clean, convenient, comfortable place for vacation across from Siesta Key beach, this is a great one!

For starters, the air conditioning didn't work. We reported this the second day and nothing was done. We again reported the problem with two days to go. A service company was called and examined the unit and found that the unit can not operate below 73 degrees. It was either too small a unit or there were other problems such as "Long Lines" application. Nonetheless, during the warm days, we could not get the room temp below 74F. Fortunately, the unit had a box fan which we utilized each evening in the bedroom. The Master bathroom tub was very unstable. it actually rocked and one had to be careful about balance. The second bedroom had slat shades, however many of the slats were missing which resulted in not being able to dress in the second bedroom. There was only one TV and that was in the living room. The Master bedroom had a TV that would only operate a DVR. No television was possible. We were extremely disappointed in the unit and would suggest other renters might reconsider other properties. Love to receive some type of refund!
