This little condo is exactly as it is advertised! Very clean and modern. Very close to the pool and good eats! Sherron was very easy to communicate with when I had questions! Check this little gem out when you’re in the area!

The property was very clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunrises from our deck each morning even seeing dolphins. The parking was convenient and walking to the Sunset Grille was easy. The stairwell and hallways could be cleaner but the unit is very nice. We would stay here again. The host was also very prompt at answering our questions.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet and tidy. I made good use of the outdoor pools and enjoyed the two restaurants only a few steps away from the room. The sunsets where stunning as were the sunrises from the balcony of the rental unit. I would definitely book again.

We came down to see our son who lives nearby. This was the perfect location for us. Beautiful views, very clean, and probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home. The owner touched base with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Just as described you really will get to see Dolphins, Pelicans and other wildlife right from your balcony . The apartment was perfect for two, simply but tastefully decorated and a great place to relax. We enjoyed sunrises from the balcony in the morning and sunsets from the beach in the evening. A great place to relax and unwind if you are looking for something quiet and low key. Plenty of things to do locally and only a 1 hour drive to Anna Maria Island or the Circle B Bar Reserve (highly recommended). Great host, clear communication and clearly cares about her guests. We will be back.

We stayed at this property and we were extremely satisfied with the condition. It was very clean and nicely setup. Although one main room it had a sofa and sitting area for TV, table and chairs, and an extremely comfortable bed. It had a seperate area for the kitchen and bathroom and a large closet for storage. The view from the second floor was great with plenty of wildlife and nature. It was also close to the pool. I would return to the this property and recommend it for others.

I was in Ruskin to attend my granddaughter's graduation. I wanted an off-site place to stay as other family members were staying at my daughters house. Spending evenings walking the premises, or relaxing on the deck and listening to the water provided a luxurious end of what were busy days for me. The condo was perfect in every way and the owner checked in regularly by phone to make sure all was well. I will stay here again on future visits. Finding the entryway for the condo was the only challenge I had and even that went pretty smoothly. I did my research before I booked and now after staying there, I can say that you will not find a nicer stay at this great price anywhere. You will not regret selecting this condo, it, and the owner, have earned my repeat business.

If you are looking for a small, sleepy town get away without a lot of pomp & circumstance- this place is for you.

The room was just what we needed for our mini vacation. It was quiet, and the views were beautiful from our patio.The first day we were there we got to see dolphins from our patio, that was amazing!! We took daily walks around the resort and loved the little community the condo was apart of. It was just the relaxing vacation we needed! We did have a minor issue and the owner was very quick to respond. All around a very good experience!

We stayed for just a couple of nights to finish up a week after a cruise. We enjoyed the condo so much we are looking into buying one there. The owner was fantastic. She messaged a couple of times just to make sure everything was ok

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was close and not crowded, lots of space for walking and running and the beach was perfect - also not crowded. Would definitely book again!

Most people look for shells at a beach, but this was like finding a precious jewel. With 20 years managing 5 star hotels it's hard to find someone more jaded than me. My expectations were on the low side, so I was so pleasantly surprised to find the room perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, modern yet comfortable. The bedding was truly five star. So, stay here with confidence because there is an owner who is conscientious, diligent, immediately responsive to emails/text messages, and the perfect find on the beach.

Definitely will be back the view was beautiful and we had a lot of privacy. Loved the location I highly recommend. So much communication between me and the owner it was super efficient and she was very prompt with responding.

The property was just as pictured, actually nicer.. The pool and hot tub were right by our room, short walk to Hook's bar and grill. nice view of the back bay and just minutes from the beach. The area was very quite and peaceful, safe feeling day and night. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.. some of the residents were snow birds others weekenders or staying for a week for two..

We spent 3 nights at this location and loved it! The suite has everything you need including a super comfortable bed and sofa. We enjoyed drinks from the balcony viewing the channel, watching pelicans and various birds. The area has much to offer. Lots of places to eat or enjoy a drink by the water. Thanks Sheron for a great stay!

Once we figured out how to find our rental things were much easier. The view was great! We had our basic needs met. We were also within driving distance from so many things. There was a restaurant on location with views of the ocean!

All was as expected, we had a nice time .we enjoyed the property and accommodation..

Late Thursday afternoon, while waiting at the Denver airport, we started looking for a place to stay near The Inn at Little Harbor - the site of our friends’ wedding on Saturday. We were thrilled to find this gem literally steps away from where the ceremony was held. Before our flight took off, we had paid to stay Thursday night through Sunday morning and Sheron had sent the electronic door access information. We arrived around 1:30 am Friday, got in without issue, and were able to spend time with our friends instead of driving. With the notable exception of disgustingly filthy carpet on the stairs between the lobby and our room (I think not under this property manager’s control), our room was perfect. Everything appeared to be brand new. The bed was comfortable, the decor was perfect, and the water view from the balcony was a lovely spot for my morning coffee, thoughtfully provided in room by our host. It would have been nice to have more towels. It was so humid that our towels never dried once used. Also, it would have been nice to have some to use on the beach. Also while I found dish soap, a brush, and a and rack washing for dishes, I didn’t find a dishcloth or dish towel to put dishes after washing. Finally, coffee creamer in room would be nice, but we got some from the lobby, so it wasn’t a big deal. That said, we felt VERY lucky to have found this VRBO and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.
