View of hotel is awesome and also they are providing free photoshoot as a compliment.

Only one thing that T.V was not working and also sometimes light goes.

Room we booked that is apple classic was amazing and is out of our expectations really like the services I'll recommend to couple if you are planning to go to manali must visit hotel mountain top and book apple classic room for your love one

Hotel was good, food was also good, room was decent, it was clean.

Staff was mostly rude, we asked for dinner at rooftop, ordered the dinner. They said they will serve on the roof top. They packed everything and gave it to us on roof top, didn't bother to provide even water, when asked for extra bowls, waiter said I have to serve 32 rooms I can't keep coming to roof top again and again. They didn't even setup tables, we had to do it ourselves. Another incident at around 8pm, we called waiter to wipe the floor, he came and said cleaners are not available at this time, they leave at 5pm, on insisting he cleaned the floor. Another incident, breakfast time was 8am, we were in restaurant at 8am, when we saw restaurant, none of the tables were clean, on complaining instead of sending someone to clean, he actually made funs of me with his colleague saying he wants clean table it seems. Over all bad experience with staff. Not recommended.

The staff's behaviour isn't courteous, they didn't make us feel welcome. Also food isn't just ok, they don't have a buffet. We had to change rooms as the 1st one had a bathroom issue.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially Hemraj ji. He was there to assist us immediately on one call. View from terrace was amazing.

Phone was not working but hemraj ji helped it out and no view from the window.

Terrece view is the best

Hotel rooms are very poor. Washrrom flush was not working. Room was smelling very badly. Hotel surrounding is very poor. There is no management at all. Room rate on bookings. Com was 1300 however I have been charged 1500. Food is very poor.

View from terrace and Food is excellent.

Room facilities for Family Suite needs improvement. specially bathroom and bedding.
