Large apartment style rooms.

Location was perfect to stay. Very clam, neat & clean.
Safe and secure.
All supporting staff was helpful and supportive.

It had everything I needed - including washing machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms, 3 toilets. It looks like a new hotel. It’s about 10 min drive into main part of town. Used Uber eats a few times as I found their dinner menu limited for children.
Stayed in 3 hotels whilst In Kenya and this was the only one to have constant wifi, hot water from a. Nice shower head and a decent tv that didn’t constantly lag. Accommodated a late check out for a small fee. Staff friendly and helpful. Area and hotel Safe to be with children. Nice variety for breakfast. Rooms had nice natural light coming in.
Not much in walking distance around the hotel - but very easy to Uber/taxi anywhere for very reasonable price.
No view but wasn’t fussed to be honest.

Excellent roof top bar and restaurant with live music on Fridays. Food also very good.

The breakfast had good variety and was delivered on time.
The master bedroom wall had a foulsmell-is it the paint used or is there a leakage in the piping? In addition, please repair some of the floor tiles of the swimming pool-we have gotten several cuts over the visits. Thank you.

Loved my stay here! All the staff were great, the food was great, the apartment was great.

The location is great and rooms are spacious.
The rooms have no AC I was incredibly hot and uncomfortable especially in January when Nairobi temperatures are soaring. A fan if AC is not possible would suffice in the rooms.

Excellent wifi, clean and big rooms, good and safe location. Friendly guards at the gate and helpfull receptionist. Ok breakfast.
There is a shop walking distance where you can buy food and snacks. The appartment have a full kitchen.
We stayed here twice during our Kenya holiday. And would happily stay here again!
The Grove restaurant, it took an hour to get dinner served after we ordered. So the following stay we mainly went to the city to eat dinner. Or had Uber eats. Nairobi Street Kitchen is worth a visit.
