Loved Beech Mountain! Condo was perfect!

The owners were easy to work with, and were very accommodating. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has all the comforts of home. The location was excellent for access to Fred’s, restaurants, and the ski slope. We hope to stay again our next trip to Beech Mountain.

2nd time staying at this property that should say it all. Everything g stated in the is spot on and the pictures as well.

This place is awesome. Across the street from a sled park. Within walking distance to sking, renting supplies and the local "has everything" store. The only cons were a lot of stairs and local restaurants were very expensive. But the kitchen is well stocked and nice to cook in. Thank you for sharing your home away from home.

The pictures are spot on. The views are very nice. The kitchen and restrooms were very well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and my 16 year old grandson along with 2 of his friends had a blast on the slopes 🏂! We even had a pretty dusting of snow our last night there. the owner was very accommodating with helping us change our dates at the last minute and was quick to respond to any questions we had before our trip. Our property manager Karin was very nice and checked in with us our first full day to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Will definitely rent this condo on our next trip to Beech Mountain

8 of us (2 families w/2 kids each) had great time in snow. Condo had great location & property manager was very helpful. Only downside is u have to take trash down street & limited hot water for baths/showers so had to space them out. It was super cold weekend & heat/fire place kept us nice & cozy

Awesome location just a little walk to the slopes and to food!

My family and I stayed at this property for a family ski trip. Cozy condo with plenty of space for the entire family. The place was close to everything. We could walk to slopes, sledding hill, pizza and bbq. Look forward to renting again.

Great communication with the property manager. Easy access to the mountain for skiing. Had all the conveniences of home. Would stay here again

First, the host and the owner were amazing! We got in late and Karin was super helpful, even when she didn't have to answer her phone. The unit is amazing. 2 huge master suites with spacious bathrooms, one awesome room with 4 bunks, and a main living area a kitchen with all the amenities. If you are skiing, the roughly 100 foot walk to the top of a blue slope was the most valuable part of this trip. You can drop into that blue, ski all day and ride the lift back home. No need to drive or park at the resort. It can be a madhouse down there for parking and this saved us from ever having to move the truck. 10/10 would recommend!

The house was amazing. Location was perfect for all the things we did. The property manager was so easy to contact and so accommodating! We can’t wait to hook next year!

The check in process was hassle free and very convenient. The condo was clean and ready 3 hours early. The inside was very homey and had everything you could need from cooking supplies to towels and blankets. The location couldn’t have been better. One minute walk to the slopes and 3 minutes to a really good pizza and BBQ restaurant. The general store which is a short walk is very convenient. All around this condo was perfect from the beautiful sunrises off the back deck to the comfy warm home feeling inside. We will defiantly be coming back next year!

A couple of things ... some of the lights were burned out ... the sink drain in the master bath small sink stopper not connected ... one of the ballesters on the left going up the entrance stairs is missing and noticed it under the staircase ... this is for your info. We loved your place and plan on returning next year.

Perfect location with easy access to ski lift, restaurants, and sledding hill. Excellent amenities with beautiful views and a cozy fireplace. Abundance of space for a family of five. Convenient and easy parking. Definitely would stay again!

The host and owner provided a royal experience with great communication. This home gets snow blown from the resort which is a nice surprise. The home is roomy and well stocked. There a stairs a plenty so you'll get your exercise. Would love to stay here again.

This is a great property that sits within walking distance to much of Beech Mountain. We hiked trails, walked to dinners, and had a great elevated view to watch the sledding hill. The property feels like a home not a rental. Our family enjoyed our weekend and hope to return in the future.

We had a blast! Great location to jump on the mountain and ski down to the resort.

The property was excellent! We really enjoyed the home’s welcoming atmosphere. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and a teen. My daughter and son were grateful to not have to share a room and have their own bathroom. The kitchen was great with plenty of dishes provided along with appliances, had to enjoy the coffee before the slopes! The bathrooms also had tubs to soak away our aches and pains from snowboarding. There were televisions with cable and apps available for rest, although the controllers had issues at times, we got to watch our favorite shows. Enjoyed the wonderful views from the balconies in the mornings and evenings and family breakfast/dinner at the table versus going out to eat for every meal. There were many positives with place but the only default were minor deficits that were easily overlooked by the overall amazing location. The representative was available via call or text when needed. Overall, the place was amazing and we would definitely stay again.

This condo had the very best views--I watched the sunrise over the mountains from my bedroom each morning. The gas fireplace really added warmth and ambiance. Being able to get to the slopes right from the condo was a treat. Its just a short walk up the hill. We avoided the need to find parking, etc and it allowed for taking easy ski breaks during the day. Very clean and lovely decor! We had a great time and would stay again!

We loved the condo and the communication with the owner. The only drawback is the fact that we misunderstood and was under the assumption it was a ski in ski out, but it was not. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

The location could not have been more perfect and had no complaints about the condo. We had a great time and will be back

The property was as advertised. The owner and and property manager were awesome to work with! The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous and the property was very close to the slopes so we didn't have to drive anywhere or catch a shuttle. Would definitely book there again!

The location was fantastic! The condo has everything you could need. It snowed a ton and we didn’t have 4x4 but the roads were exceptionally maintained!

Took the twins skiing with friends for their 19th birthday. You just walk up the hill to the gate & ski down to catch the lift for your next ski run. This convenient ability allowed our group to come & go as they pleased instead of dealing with transportation logistics (especially with no town shuttle operation). The bedrooms are fairly spread apart, so it stayed fairly quiet at night. The kitchen had far more appliances/utensils than we needed. Fireplace was nice at night, and balcony view made a beautiful backdrop for a group photo. Also, beautiful sunrises were seen from the balcony. We've already recommended this location to several other friends.

Very nice. Great location for sledding hill and restaurants to walk. The ceiling fan in bunk room needs cleaning, Master Bedroom needs box springs (mattress too low) and getting the rental agreement to owner was an inconvenience. Also, we had to shovel parking area to be able to park our cars when we arrived. Overall great experience and hope to stay there again.

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our 8 people. Word of warning, however, If you plan on coming in the winter be sure and have snow tires at least (chains would be better) as we were hit with a bad snowstorm (great for skiing) with ice underneath the snow. The parking situation was horrible!! On a hill with unplowed parking places. Except for that, It was a wonderful place to stay!!
