The property is just as described. The host Karen is excellent. She checked on us by email and text to make sure everything was okay. Lots of little extras.

This was a beautiful little corner in the world. We enjoyed the location, convenience to downtown Bristol. The loft was spotless and had everything you needed. Five stars for sure. The host Karen was extremely helpful and friendly.

My wife and I stayed in Loft #2 (Urban Living) for 2 nights and the living environment exceeded our expectations. The spacious, well designed/decorated living quarters provided comfort and the gracious host supplied coffee, snacks, toiletries, etc. to add unexpected convenience to an amazing experience. We were able to walk and enjoy a variety of quality restaurants for our meals and take an easy 20 minute drive to South Holston Dam for a breathtaking nature experience. Parking was convenient as well. I highly recommend Urban Downtown Living Loft #2 to anyone seeking to enjoy Bristol. You will not be disappointed. We will be back ! Thank you

We came to Bristol for the nighttime NASCAR race. We absolutely loved staying at the loft in a town that has so much history and character! The loft was approximately 10 min from the speedway. Karen was so helpful prior to check-in and during our stay! The only negative is our stay was to short! We will definitely be coming back and will be sharing this VRBO site with all our friends and family!

Wonderful location in downtown Bristol. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything! Check in was easy and will stay here again!!

The property was bigger and even nicer than it looked in the pictures. Karen thought of everything including providing written notes on how things work, bottled water, spices, tums and even incidentals in the bathroom. The place was spotless and included nice linens and plenty of blankets. The location on the strip was great. We felt very safe and were able to walk from the loft to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars bakeries and antique shops. I recommend staying here and going to fudge shop under the loft as well as Bear Necessiteas for great lattes! I worked from the loft for 3 days and had no issue with internet connectivity or finding food and coffee. When not working, we were able to explore a few nearby lakes and caves. No matter what brings you to the area, this is a great place to stay and has everything needed!

The loft was extremely clean and perfectly located. We had a wonderful time in Bristol TN/VA and we will definitely be coming back and staying in the lofts.

This was our second stay in one of Karen’s Bristol lofts. This one was as amazing as the other one. The cleanliness and attention to detail goes above and beyond any other VRBO’s we have stayed in and we have stayed in many good ones. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a selection of pillows. The loft was decorated so beautifully. Anything and everything you could think of was provided right down to slippers. These super hosts truly provide a home away from home. We will definitely be back.

Karen’s place was amazing! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and very welcoming when we arrived. We had everything we could possibly need during our stay available to us plus many extras that made us feel at home. We were within walking distance to stores, restaurants, bakery, ice cream shop, etc. and we definitely took advantage of that! We would definitely stay here again, we gave it a 5-star review!!

Our stay in the Loft in Bristol was AMAZING. The property was beautiful and even better than we expected. We decided that we would like to live there!!!! The moment we walked into the cute and cozy loft we felt at home! Directions on where to park and access we’re simple and easy to follow! There is everything you could possibly need and then some! The little snacks and toiletries were such a nice touch! We will be back for sure!

The owners must be the most thoughtful people in the world. Everything you might even think you may want is available to you for your stay The location is within walking distance of everything you could want to do, eat, see, hear. Stocked kitchen, in all the good ways...comfy couches, excellent sleeping mattress and bedding, funny signs, beautiful art, a writing desk, area information, local menus, and the best deck ever!! I mean, this place is awesome, and we really would love to live there for short -term. You will too! Do yourself a favor and book this loft immediately! The almost instantaneous communication was amazing too!! You will NOT be sorry!! Thanks guys....we will return!

This place was amazing! Beautiful and convenient lost located just above the Southern Churn in downtown Bristol. Located in walking distance of everything. Loft was clean, everything it in was perfect. Great location and great stay, we will be back in the future.

I wish I could give this property more than five stars. It welcomed us with open arms. The proprietor thought of everything. There was even accommodation to make your stay ad if you were home. The decor, the amenities made us so happy to go “home” everyday after exploring TN-VA. You should definitely put this property on your bucket list..,an amazing place to relax and get some time away!

We had an amazing visit to this gorgeous loft! It was beautifully appointed and had ALL of the comforts of home. It is even more impressive in person than it is in the photos. Karen covered all of the bases from beginning to end. I can't think of a single thing that would have made the trip better. We eagerly await our next visit!
