Was woken several times from rowdy party goers leaving nearby bars.

Beautiful private room with a balcony in the heart of Ericeira.

The bathroom was a bit rocked down and not decorated or styled at all.

If you into Surfing and want to be in the centre of Ericeira then this place is the place to be. For Surfers there is sufficient storage space for your wetsuit and Surfboard. The staff are super friendly.

We stayed in the room right next to the main road and in the evenings it was loud. Unfortunately this place was not the place for us and the rooms do not have any storage if you staying for longer (unless you like living out of your suitcase/backpack). Due to the humidity in Portugal (obviously the accommodation can not do anything about this), there is build up of mould on the walls and dampness in the rooms. The accommodation has a small kitchen (older) but useful. All that is required is there.

Staff were wonderful, and perfect central location.

Rooms had very poor storage. The noise from outside and upstairs was almost impossible to sleep through. There were some issues with blocked drains.

Moldy smell through the property, could not sleep on my room because of the strong smell. I had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night

Staff was friendly but other than that there was nothing positive about this accommodation.

- the smell everywhere is really bad (you enter the reception and it already smells) -rooms are dirty, moldy and smell- when the window is closed it‘s unbearable -the furniture is very minimalistic to put it mildly (no towel rail, not even a toothbrush mug, no storage at all ) -room is very small and everything looks old- nothing like the stylish images depicted -kitchen is very dirty and old - towels obviously never dry up because there is no towel rail. But towels are also not changed during the stay

-the room had a bad smell cause it seemed like it had mold on the walls and it was always damp, so the clothes never dried - there wasn’t enough space in the room and outside in a warm spot to hang and dry clothes/towels - the doors were super loud, even when trying to be quiet at night, it was impossible to not make any noise - kitchen could’ve been better equipped (no coffee machine,only one where you have to put very specific tabs) and even-though there was a dishwasher, people just put their dirty dishes in it without turning it on, so we ended up just washing ours by hand -small rooftop terrace could use some work

the room smelt, it needed a clean, and the manky rug needed changing. the bathroom is really foul. toilet needs cleaning, drains need unplugging. needs updating, every time someone showered there was water all over the floor because the shower is so bad and old

Central location and wide room with balcony.

We arrived 5 minutes before the check in time and it seemed like a big deal and had to wait a little. We had already checked in online, but we're asked to filled the forms again.

Surf lessons, staff that tried to be helpful, roof and seating areas.

Loud at night with no solutions, hot rooms with no air con, but had to keep window open to noisy steeet.
