Everything was just lovely as usual! We come every month and enjoy our stay! The hotel is not far from Teg, has free parking and is only 10-15 minutes drive from the centre. When we come to Tirana we only stay at the Privilege, because the hotel is super modern, clean and has everything you can wish for, leaving no space to comparison with other hotels in centre. Additionally the staff is always very polite. We would definitely recommend it! 🇮🇹🇦🇱🇬🇧

comfortable, warm and relaxing. the staff is very friendly, caring and helps in all matters around the clock. the room is spacious, very warm, the beds are soft, there is water 0.5 per person. the relaxation area is wonderful. warm pool, hot jacuzzi, there is a shower nearby to wash off the foam from the jacuzzi. 2 types of sauna are also great. the massage was done by Miki - from the Philippines - a great professional in her field. according to my wishes - they combined a Swiss massage with hot stones. breakfasts are delicious, the selection is sufficient.

central heating - it is impossible to reduce it in the room. so they opened the window, but it was noisy from cars. does not have a safe, as indicated in the booking description - but it is unnecessary in this hotel

Privilege Hotel was the perfect location for us as it was close to Sauk. Transit stops close to the hotel, but we found taking a taxi to be much more convenient and doesn’t cost that much. (About 1000 Lek) The room was large, had a comfortable bed with soft bed linens, and a big bathroom with a lovely rainfall shower head. Lots of toiletries were provided and slippers, too. Fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice upon arrival and after spa treatments. The buffet breakfast in the on-site restaurant was huge and delicious. Omelets or eggs made fresh to order, and a great selection of other items for every palate. I was worried about the restaurant smokiness based on other reviews, but when we went (around 10 or 11 am) hardly anyone was there and it didn’t smell at all, though smoking is permitted on the terrace. (But this is common everywhere in Albania.) We ate at the restaurant the first night and the food was very good and prices were excellent. WiFi was great. All the amenities were very nice, but by far the hotel’s best features are its staff and customer service. Super friendly ladies at the check in desk, especially Erjona. She was personable, friendly, and went out of her way to make our stay the best possible. All the staff were so helpful and their English is very good. We ended up staying an extra night, but wish it could have been longer. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We could hear people beside and above us engaging in certain ‘activities’ in the night. I’m not sure if the rooms are supposed to be soundproof, but they definitely aren’t.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. We were showered with free food and drinks, fantastic hospitality from the staff, and truly delicious food for dinner every night for an incredible price. I absolutely recommend and intend on coming back.
