House was clean and nice. Family had a great time. Outside needs up keeping because it is very over grown. Never did get to enjoy seating outside on back porch because it was not a pretty sight due to the over growth.

My daughter in law won a weekend get away on a $10.00 raffel. It was very nice of the owners to put this beautiful lakehouse up for raffel. We enjoyed ourselfs so much. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and quiet. Would love to go back some day. Thanks

Stayed here for thanksgiving for our annual military get together with friends. It was perfect!! House had everything we needed, awesome location & great fishing.

Enjoyed it very much. Very nice setting. The home needs some attention. One of the rooms was apparently unbearable to the family members sleeping in there as they had allergic reactions to what they thought smelled like mold in the room and they were unable to sleep that first evening before moving into another room the following night. The ceiling in the interior window room leading to the back of the property is made of foam panels that are drooping down from their intended ceiling attachment. The backyard is unsightly with broken brick segments and PVC pipe exposed throughout the backyard

Relax to the max!
We looooved our stay! The house was perfect, although we didn’t spend much time inside! The lake was just beautiful. We enjoyed the dock so much and caught some pretty dang big bass right from there! The communication was super quick and VERY helpful!! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

It was amazing. It definitely exceeded our expectations. House was clean, and had everything we needed to get through our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is if the catfish would have walked up to the house!!!! :) we will definitely be returning guests!!!

Our family could not be happier with our recent stay here. The house was large enough that even with 12 people we never felt crowded. The house was completely stocked with everything you could ask for and the owners made sure we were comfortable. The lake is clean and open and allowed for great tubing and hydro sliding with the kids. We look forward to making this an annual trip.

Best Home on Toledo Bend
This home is spacious, well decorated, well equipped kitchen, great fishing dock, just a great relaxing place. Our group all agreed that we would come back and stay at this home. We have rented many homes in the Toledo Bend area in the last 10 years, all lake fronts, but this one is #1, in our opinion.

Stayed with whole family. Home is very nice and boat dock also. We had a guide trip with living the dream. Caught plenty white perch. Even caught a few with some catfish off the dock. Tara was very helpful.
