We loved our stay at this beautiful cottage! Descriptions of the property were accurate and the place had such a warm and inviting feel to it the moment we walked in the door. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be recommending this place to our family and friends if they are ever in the Door County area!

The two of us spent a lovely 3 days here. The property is exactly as advertised. Maybe better! I was initially concerned about traffic but it was very quiet and we slept well on terrific mattresses. The weather was great so we took in the sights of Door County. Ephraim was the center of everything we wanted to see and do. So convenient. We would love to come back in the Winter and experience the rental and area in a different season.

It was a great cottage. We loved the screened porch, spacious yard, darling home. Perfect for a family of 4 (or 2 couples looking for a getaway) The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very nice but a bit on the pricey side (for us). Master suite is beautiful and the common areas, especially the front porch, we’re great. Extra bonus was the shuffleboard court which we used a lot.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is small but well kept and that worked great for just the two of us. It looks just like the pictures and the front screened in porch is a great feature. The furniture out there is nice and comfortable. We were able to enjoy mornings and evenings sitting out there rain or shine. The location is great and an easy walk to restaurants in Ephraim. We will be back.

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO in Ephraim. Walking distance to town for dinner or breakfast. In middle of the main towns of Door County where we drove north and south to explore. Great trip and really comfortable, clean and nice place.

We have stayed here before and I hesitate to let others know how incredibly amazing this place is!!! I don’t want it to become even harder to book😉 if you are lucky enough to stay here- you will not be disappointed! Everything from the linens and decor to the location and landscaping is top notch. We really enjoyed our long weekend at the cottage. It’s in a great spot. There were beautiful sunsets sitting in the screened in porch, sitting by the gas fire table once it got a bit cooler, and a fairly well equipped kitchen to self cater. The bed in the master was so comfortable, which is not something I typically find so very well appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised to see there’s a whole house generator if the power were to go out (it didn’t … we had great weather). I only noticed it because we are putting one in our house. What an awesome thing to have if there were an outage. All in all, this is a lovely place to stay.

We really splurged on a four-night stay here, figuring that since we wouldn't be doing the things we would have done in pre-covid times, we'd treat ourselves to a lovely place to stay. And lovely it was! Marvelous large screen porch looking out over the Bay; cozy feeling inside, including a gas fireplace to warm things up; and a kitchen that's small but very well appointed. Best of all, we scheduled our visit off-season, so we encountered no crowds or serious traffic. If it weren't for the splurge factor, we'd definitely return - and we may anyway. :)

This property was even better than described and pictured! This is my third booking with Evolve and none of the properties has ever disappointed. It was immaculate, secure, very nicely updated and decorated. The beds and furniture were all comfortable, plenty of parking, etc. We loved the gas fireplace and the heated floors! Florida girls are not used to such temps! We drove all over the peninsula during our stay and all agreed that there was no better place to have a home base than Ephraim. Even though we arrived just before the "season" began, we found delightful, unique and tasty places to eat each day. I don't know if the description mentions this, but it was right across the road from the Bay. Beautiful sunsets!

This property met and exceeded all of our expectations. What a perfect spot in Door County. The home was clean and equipped with all we needed. The beds were really comfy and the bathrooms in each bedroom was perfect for two couples. Fireplace and heated floors were super nice in the winter. Don't hesitate booking this home for a relaxing stay.

My wife, brother and sister-in-law all stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights. My guess is it was recently renovated and it was very well done. The home delivered everything as advertised and we all would stay here again anytime. Beds were comfy, floors were heated, fireplace worked great, outside gas grill was awesome and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Great location in Ephraim with awesome views of the lake from a beautiful covered and screened porch. We loved this home!

This property was perfect for a week-long get away. Everything is very tastefully done and includes everything you could possibly need, even a winter coat if you’ve forgotten yours! I loved the heated floors in the morning, the multiple windows and comfortable bed. Be prepared if you visit in the off-season to do your research on what’s open for shopping and eating. Overall my experience was wonderful. Thank you!

5 days for 2 couples. All was fine. Noise not an issue. Bought bottled water as tap water not good. Location is perfect. Most restaurants closed end of October so a challenge to find the open restaurants. Great property, hate to see rates skyrocket in 2022.

This charming, inviting, warm home is the perfect place to spend time in Door County. The home is ideal with everything that you could need for a wonderful getaway, including a beautiful view of Eagle Harbor, great location, and even a fire pit and grill. We took advantage of the grill and shared a wonderful meal with dear friends! It was absolutely terrific for two couples with beautiful decor and all that you could want. We would be thrilled to stay here again!

This is a pretty much ideal house. We also spent four nights at the house in January. It was Gr eat during both seasons, but we really enjoyed using the porch this time. It is clean, well equipped , in a great location, and very charming. It is quiet and the master bed is very comfortable. It does appear the pricing has gone up quite a bit, making it expensive. We thought our two stays were very good value for what we paid at the time.

We were totally shocked at the huge increase in price for next year. Even the owner thought it was outrageous. We will not be returning based on that

Had our morning coffee there and got peeks into sunrises n sunsets on the lake. Nice front garden that was well maintained, we also saw two deer. The house is close to Ephraim harbour and several restaurants. The only negative I can think of is that the house is right on the road so we did hear traffic noise, but was quite subdued once in the house.

I spent 6 nights and loved every minute of it. The home was beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. The location was also excellent. I would stay in that same property again, couldn't be happier!

We loved our stay at this house! The location is great, a very short walk to Anderson Dock and a reasonable walk to Wilson's and other places in Ephraim. You can see glimpses of Green Bay from the house, which is great! The house is so cute on the inside. It was just my husband and I who stayed there and it was the perfect size for us. Smaller kids wouldn't have much space to run around in the house but the yard is huge so send them outside! :) Kitchen was cozy and efficient, although we didn't do any cooking while we were there. It seemed to be well stocked. Overall we had no complaints and would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely four-day stay at the cottage and loved every minute! It was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the abundant treasures of northern Door. The house is set back enough off the road such that it still feels private. We enjoyed walking down to Ephraim Coffee Lab for morning coffee and to Anderson dock to watch the sunset in the evening. While it was pretty chilly to enjoy the huge screened-in porch and back patio, those were two features that are outstanding! The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed so we were able to focus on exploring during the day and relaxing at the cottage in the late afternoon and evening. A perfectly charming Door County experience!
