It says newly renovated please note it really isn’t. However, I did know this though going into it because you can tell from the pictures which are quite accurate. There were some old things and broken things but nothing that impeded us in any way and the vacasa people were very responsive. Overall, it was still nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was great to have access to the amenities (hot tub/steam room/sauna) and loved having the fireplace. I think it was a good deal.

Located minutes to shops, ski hill, restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a family.

Good location

We were in Sun Valley for the 32nd annual Jazz & Music Festival. It was great to have this comfortable home to return to each night after 5 days of wonderful music and dancing. Quiet, Comfortable, and so Very Pleasant.

Good location, close to Ketchum, but natural enough to be awakened by a yipping coyote right outside the bedroom window. Sweet little deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Nice gas fireplace. Well equipped. We lucked out with the full moon and delightful weather. The only drawback was the no pet rule. Our hearts ached for our mellow old lady lab. She would have loved the fireplace and sunny deck.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

The unit is very clean and the kitchen has new appliances and is well-equipped for cooking. The livingroom/couch setup is also great for watching movies and just hanging out. 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time! We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and the nice walking paths around the area. Would love to come back sometime!

The condo was on the main level which was nice. Because there is no AC, a note suggested leaving blinds closed to keep the heat down. This made the condo extremely dark because most rooms didn't have overhead lights. I thought it was odd there weren't any box or tower fans to help circulate air. Also, the sink in the master bathroom had a strong mold odor.

We Loved our week in Sun Valley! The condo was perfect just what we had expected. It had all the amenities that were needed to make a comfortable stay away from home. Thank you so much to the owners and Vacasa for our stay!

The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home! It's not often that you can rent a place with a huge couch that fits us all.. but this one did and it was perfect! We loved the sleeping arrangements for our 3 boys on the bunk bed+trundle and dining table had room for us all too. The kitchen was fully stocked + pantry space to store groceries. The fireplace made it extra special too. The location is close to everything.. Just a short drive to the lovely chill town of Ketchum.

Our kids loved the place especially the trundle bed. We had 6 people in our group and it worked out great. 2 bathrooms was awesome to have and we loved the set up in the living room/ kitchen. It was very close to dollar and was overall great experience for our weekend stay. We would definatly come back!

I don’t think I can put into words how much my partner and I loved this place. We had an extended stay and found it to be the homiest place to hunker down during covid. Immaculately clean, generously stocked, a roomy stay at the price point (especially for two people). Would go back in a heartbeat - and plan to! Friendly neighbors, easy parking, great WiFi for those working remotely, and it helps that Sun Valley is the most beautiful spot on earth. I think our only complaint would be that the shower heads are a little low for those who are tall (didn’t bother my but a bummer for my 6’2” partner). This place could sleep 6 if needed (possibly 7 if used couch in livingroom) and would be great for a family since one bedroom could sleep 4 with the bunk style setup plus rollout trundle bed and the queen bed in master bedroom was very comfy. Overall, we had a good experience although did miss AC and would probably rent a unit next time that has AC since some nights never cooled off. Condo was comfortable. Upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around, doing laundry and could hear tv on so the walls are not too thick. Condo was clean except all the bathroom throw rugs were dirty and should be cleaned with each guest. Condo had nice touches with games and puzzles and we enjoyed the patio.

This condo is well taken care of and has very comfortable furniture. Spacious with a well stocked kitchen and in a great location. My husband and our 2 small kids had a great time here.

Great experience. Just a heads up to check the drain in the tub in the hallway bath. It drained slowly. This didn’t effect our stay at all. Just wanted to let you know

Would have liked to have known that the blinds on the big sliding glass door were broken. Felt like we had little privacy. There were also dirty dishes in the cabinet and the freezer wouldn’t close all the way.

Over all, the place was cozy and in a convenient location, but wouldn’t have booked knowing the lack of privacy issue with the blinds.

Great location and property. Kitchen is a little sparse on supplies but everything else was perfect. Loved going to Elkhorn Village to the hot tub at night after skiing. Location was perfect for skiing and going in and out of town. Beds very comfortable.
