• A hotel close to Japanese quality, which is rare in Indonesia, clean and full of amenities • Clean and friendly staff • The garden is well maintained and the restaurant is also nice • Breakfast was only a la carte after making a reservation the night before, but it was very delicious

love this place a lot !!! it is big and spacious, clean, comes with super nice breakfast. the star of the show are the very helpful staff members who accommodated to our requests and even went out of their way to do so. would come back again

we really loved the restaurant, best food in Lombok for a very reasonable price. room is very clean and style is luxurious, worth to take upper rooms as lower rooms are dark ( if you only sleep in the room … does not matter)

the area seems not to safe, be careful if you go during night time , its not same like bali . just precatious

Room was very spacious, with a lovely terrace. The food was exceptional and staff very attentive.

The staff were just great, big thanks to everyone, they all did a fantastic job. The room was beautiful, super high ceilings, beautiful floor tiling. We really enjoyed the size of the room, the comfortable bed (left side) and pillows, the daily fresh fruit in the room. The location was great, close to the beach area and main road where all the warungs are. The restaurant was good as well, we ate there twice at night and morning breakfast was great as well, lots of choices.

Not much, however the (right side) of the mattress did seem to be less comfortable than the right side, the shower head wasn't the best, the top part needs to be changed.
