Angenehmste und ruhigste Lage in Costa Adeje, Aussicht, Wohnung, Parkanlage

In diesem Appartementkomplex gibt es Wohnungen, die mit dem Dunstabzug in die Abluftanlage einblasen. Regelmässig stank es in unserem Appartement im Bad und in der Küche/Wohnzimmer nach Fisch, gebratenem Schweinefleisch oder was auch immer. Scheusslich!

Die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand war perfekt und der Ausblick auf die Poollandschaft und das Meer war sehr schön. Wir konnten täglich einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus geniessen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was wir für eine Woche gebraucht haben.

Der grosse öffentliche Parkplatz vor der Anlage war tagsüber immer voll besetzt. Das Parkieren in unmittelbarer Nähe deshalb schwierig.

The Apartment was clean and spacious. It was nicely decorated and well furnished. Our apt overlooked the pool and beach and we had fantastic view. It was very quiet with no noise at night. We stayed in Costa Adeje which was quiet in the evening. You could walk for miles along the coastal paths. We had easy access to restaurants, bars and shops.

We met family members there and we like to sit out on our balcony in the evening, cook food, chat and have a drink some evenings. We found that we were the only people doing this so we sounded loud in the total quiet. The path is made of shiny tiles which can be quite slippy.

Quiet and relaxing and great location. No shortage of sun beds or space to relax around the pool.

Nothing to be honest.

Location was great. The apartment appeared to be very clean with a washing machine which was good. Security was good. Lots of restaurants in the area. The Altamira complex was very nice and clean and people were very friendly

The room was booked with a double bed but there were two singles. Pillows under the pillow cases were stained and only one sheet each was supplied, so we couldn't wash them midweek and use a second set. Only one towel provided for each person, again I would have expected two towels so they could be washed and changed mid-week Neither TV worked. Only one battery in one of the controllers. When maintenance got involved they managed to get the TV in the lounge working but only via the room internet which I had to restart everytime I turned the TV on, so use of the TV was limited Ceiling in the bedroom looked like it had a water leak at some time and had not been repaired. Hole visible One of the wall lights over the bed did not have a cover and the bulb was in the open. Not sure if this was a safety hazard The curtains in the bedroom were falling down and the curtains in the lounge had rips in them We did see a cockroach in the bathroom which ran down a hole in the back of the tap when the light was turned on The pool area was very nice, but the sunbeds needed a mattress cover as the plastic was very hard and too uncomfy for more than 15 minutes. Many people had these in their apartments, but we didn't and therefore could not enjoy the pool area even though it was very nice The Altamira complex was very nice and my feeling is there were many nice apartments in Altamira but unfortunately we weren't in one

Good value for money. The location is excelent, beachfront. Free parking next to the building, but some days it was hard to find a free spot. Pools are great, sun beds are available. The apartment is ok, but it could use some renovation. We didn't mind because the location and the pool were great and all we did was actually sleep in the apartment. Small supermarkets are nearby, bigger shops are close . There is a great path by the sea that connects Playa el Duque to Fanabe beach. Wifi was available.

No AC, but if you stay there in the colder months it shouldn't be too hot.

The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. The pool area was really nice and the restaurant below was tasty. Room and whole building was really clean. Was a peaceful relaxed area. Overall was a great place to stay especially since we had a car to explore the island.

The bed was two single beds pushed together which from other listings I gather is quite common for this price range. There was no AC which was fine but the apartment only had one fan which is enough for 1 room at a time. Parking Infront of the property was very difficult during the day so usually had to park further away and walk. In the evening there is ample parking spots.

Excellent view, access to beach supermarket, shops. The cleanliness and facilities were good with respect to the price.
