Situation

4 fourchettes à disposition , ce qui n’est pas pratique quand on est une famille de 5. Pas de gel douche à disposition. Les clés ou les serrures pour entrer dans la logements sont grippés , perte de temps pour entrer et sortir Concierge ne répond pas en cas de demande.

Wi fi didn't work,one of the showers smelled so bad it was unusable,the aircon leaked continuously if you tried to set it to a low temperature.The biggest disappointment was when I returned the owner advised me she was keeping €80 of my security deposit for alleged damage to some things.When I asked for photographic evidence and receipts,I was shown some pictures of some staining on bed covers,cushions etc from my daughters room which they claim couldn't be cleaned.I had no option but to take their word for it,but despite promising to provide receipts for dry cleaning and new items,they still haven't provided them.I also pointed out issues with WiFi,an unusable shower due to dreadful smell and aircon that leaked,and asked if I could be reimbursed,seeing as they were taking money off me,unsurprisingly they said no.The owners also complained about the general state we left the apartment in,even though I felt we'd tidied it as much as you'd expect someone on holiday to ,there was some items we forgot to lift in my daughters room,but we were expecting cleaners in to give it a thorough clean anyway,and it wasn't exactly spotless when we arrived,with a lot of dust.I almost got the impression they wanted us to clean it for the next guests.

pool cafe/ bar was closed for renovation in high season there was a fee to use the sunbed / parasol amd cushion a 1/3 of the pool itslef was under renovation inadequare signage on how to leave the appartment block the door llock eading onto the beach was broken for the last three days of our stay enabling anyone and go who were not stayiing in the appts

Safe was broken , need more stickers on patio doors to warn ⚠️ hahaha

On the beach front

There could of been beach towels , a change of bedding, and did not know where to put rubbish,or work the dish washer.

The apartment is clean and location is good although it’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach.

The pool is unusable as they charge for sun-beds, cushions and umbrellas. You weren’t allowed bring your own chair or sit on the grass. The pool staff were very nasty. There was building work going on in the complex throughout our entire visit with drilling and sawing and dust.

location is great nice and clean apartment with everything you could need inside. very comfy bed which was a bonus.

only think I can comment on was the smell from the drains if you didn’t replace the plug cover in the shower. But I feel it’s just a Tenerife problem not the apartments.
