Loved the views and access to the park for walks and relaxation. The info book had a lot of information on the area. The home was comfortable for family. I’d definitely come back.

A beautiful house with beautiful ocean views from every bedroom. We loved the location and area.

We had such an amazing time. The house had all the amenities and plenty of room. 3 bathrooms was a nice touch. Upstair bathroom need a curtain and spa could have used chlorine. Other than that, perfect.

We stayed over Christmas and had a lovely time. The house was clean and well stocked and the location was fantastic. There was plenty of room for us to gather as a family (7 + a dog) or spread out and do our own thing. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

There were some great things about this property and not so great things. First, the good— the upstairs king bed was very comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. There’s ample space if you have a large group. The bad— first I read reviews that the blinds were broken. I inquired about this before booking and told they were fixed. The property is in a weird location where it’s near parking lots for the Pomo Bluffs and people are parked there at night. When I arrived there was substantial blind damage in multiple rooms which made it uncomfortable due to lack of privacy. When the property manager responded I was told “the blind were probably fixed when I inquired and they probably got broken again” and also told “this is a rural area and we don’t have access to things like the big cities”. This was the part that really got me. There was no integrity in these responses. I live in a more rural area than Fort Bragg and in this day and age there is no difficulty using the internet and ordering online. The second big issue was the odor. Yes, this place is dog friendly yet when you walk in you shouldn’t expect to be hit with such a heavy odor of dog. We had to keep all the windows open to air it out. At least there could have been some deodorizer spray or something. Finally, there isn’t much privacy. You are on the hot tub facing the parking lots and neighbors houses. Wish I could have given this place five stars and might have if it wasn’t for the blind issue and dog odor

Very comfortable and clean. Had to wait 1/2 hour to get into property due to cleaner. Views were great.

Beautiful home for a family vacation. So close to the coastline for a beautiful stroll along the bluffs. The home was great for our family of 6 adults and a grandchild, was perfectly apportioned, extremely comfortable for all of us! Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

This home was in an amazing location with a direct view of the ocean. The home is spacious with plenty of room for a family or even two. The only complaints we’d have if any (they were outweighed by the location), is that it’s a little older and things like the showers are a little confusing and the water temp was challenging to get right. Nice comfy beds!

There were 8 of us who stayed at the property. It was remote with beautiful sunsets. House was well stocked except for extra linens.

The views from the house were my favorite part of the stay. There are two incredible views from each side of the house that are just breathtaking of the coastline. And just a short walk to some great beach cliffs. The house itself had everything we needed- many towels for all the showers and hot tub dips. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. And plenty of space for everyone to hang out. What an incredible spot! So glad we picked this place and would love to stay again in the future.

The house is as perfect as described in the posting. Gorgeous views, lots of room for a group of 8, all of the amenities and kitchen is well stocked. Had trouble with the lock boxes but immediately got access when I called the number to speak with someone. Beds were very comfortable and hot tub relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed this house and highly recommend it for you!

My older parents, my two sisters, and I stayed here while attending a celebration of life. This is the first time in a long time we have all slept under one roof. This was my dad's first time in a VRBO and he was very impressed, stating he would bring visitors from England to stay there (even though it's a 5 hour drive from where we live). It's a quiet area with beautiful views of the ocean, about a two minute walk, if that.

I stayed here with my spouse and 2 year old son, along with a another family of 2 parents and their toddler and infant. The house was really well suited for our group, with two large primary rooms, each with en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet big enough for a travel crib. The other two rooms have a queen and two twins, respectively, and had enough room for a travel crib. One primary room is upstairs and all the other rooms are downstairs. With all the kids in tow we were excited to do lots of cooking at the house, but about halfway through the trip the refrigerator stopped working. The Vacasa property manager responded quickly and sent a technician, which we appreciated, but they were unable to fix it. We lost a ton of food and then had to eat the rest of our meals out/order in, which really impacted the experience. Vacasa did reimburse us for the cost of the food and the inconvenience. The second issue was that the hot tub damaged our swimsuits. I’m not sure what caused it but all 3 of us who went in came out with our swimsuits super discolored and basically ruined. When we notified vacasa they said they were not liable, and I got the same answer from VRBO, which was really disappointing. Overall, this is a nice spacious home and we’ll set up for a multi-family trip. Unfortunately these issues really impacted our experience so I’m lowering my rating accordingly.

Neptune house is spacious and homey. It’s in a great location near town with miles of walking trails on the bluffs. Even has space to fly kites. We really liked the Pellet stove to warm up by. Everything was as described.

The house is in a great location with ocean views from several windows. A market and restaurants are also very close by. 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms provides ample room for a large family or a group of friends. The kitchen has the basic items to cook. Only problem we had was that the code for the lock didn't work. And it took hours to finally get a response and to get into the house.

Great weekend. We had 8 people and the Neptune house had plenty of room and amenities. Location was great and views were amazing.

This was perfect for our family vacation we took in June! I had 0 complaints. The guest WiFi password didn't work, but with a quick text to the managment company, the owners gave us thiers. Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home with a great view. It’s quiet and peaceful. Just the perfect getaway.

Property was great. Location great. A couple of observations to make it perfect. The blinds are inexpensive with several slats missing. Downstairs king room had a gap that we had to cover so you didn’t have people able to see into bed.. Keurig needs to be upgraded. TV operation difficult for us older PE who don’t STREAM. Regular DISH OR DIRECT TV with easy to use CHANNEL GUIDE wound be very welcome. Lastly I would pay extra for TV IN MASTER UPSTAIRS. Small investment but would be so awesome. Lots of of us old people sleep poorly and a TV in room like I have at home would be a huge upgrade. We didn’t do any cooking other a couple breakfast sandwiches in micro and cups of coffee. OVERALL EXCELLENT STAY 😊❗️💪❗️❗️

We had a family reunion in Fort Bragg. Our families were born and raised here ans my parents still live here along with my sister and husband and niece. My brother, sister, other sister and her husband, my granddaughter 8, my grandson 12, my nephew 17 and my sisters small dog all stayed here. The house is perfect layout because all the kids stayed upstairs in the second front room. My sister and her husband and little dog in the HIGE upstairs master bedroom. Me in the queen and my brother in the 2 single beds. My sister in the downstairs master which was also Huge. The hottub was fabulous and we saw whales breaching right outside our deck! There was also Canadian geese and bunny rabbits and blue herons all around us. This was by far THE BEST house we could have found and i plan on renting it again next time we all meet up. I would BUY this house if it was for sale and move back to Fort bragg. Even though the kids were noisy upstairs we could still all sleep downstairs. The front room downstairs we saved for the adult front room so it was calm and clean. I seriously can't wait to come back to the house again. Our family has not been together for 17 years. Mostly because my sister lives in Maine, I live in texas, my brother is in Ohio. I think this house will foster a return in the future before another 17 years pass by. I hope it's available next time we want to come out. Thank you to Vacasa and the owners for giving us the home to use for a week.

Loved the location. Love hearing the fog horn, seals, birds and ocean waves from the house. Love this house layout too!

Overall good stay only complaint was coffee maker seemed to be on its way out took to long to brew; I reported but did not get a response. The advertisement should have specified there was a Kuerig.

Ample parking, ocean view and plenty of room. Access to the garage is nice for storing things.
