Excellent accommodation, everything is clean and beautifully organized, the staff is friendly and hospitable, and the food is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, Nice domain. We dined in the restaurant in the evening, the wine is very good. Breakfast was very good as well.
The shower as construction issues, which caused water to stay/ the bathroom to flood

Totally clean, friendly staff gave us a tour of the winemaking facilities and tasting, big and comfortable newly renovated rooms, great food, peaceful location just outside Bitola

everything was wonderful about this hotel...one person I would especially mention was Sonja. She was extremely helpful to us going over and above to get us all we wanted and needed to make our stay so much better. Kudos to Sonja.
A minor problem we had was finding Ciflik. After driving around with Google Maps for a few hours we phoned the Hotel and someone did get us there. Perhaps a clearer address of Ciflik would alleviate this issue

We liked this hotel so much that after we spend our first night there as planned we booked an extra night. The hotel is very charming and has a strong feel of luxury. We booked the deluxe room and this one is really large! It has two small balconies on opposite sides of the hotel so you will find a sunny spot all day long if needed.
We also had the pleasure to meet the owner. He is very friendly and was super helpful when we asked if we could stay an extra night. And by the way he speaks English fluently.
Last but definitely important to us: the food is excellent!! And so it the wine, which for a winery makes kind of sense I guess.
We had the feeling that some staff members hesitate to serve us fast due to that fact that we do not speak Macedonian. This is of course not their fault. Tip for the hotel: assign an English speaking waiter for non-Macedonian speaking guest. The menu is also in English by the way and in the end the staff served us very well.

It would be preferable break fast to be a buffet breakfast, but as long at the staff was very friendly and the quality of the served/cooked breakfast was excellent, breakfast was fine both form quality and quantity.
In the two nights we stayed, the hotel had a party with other (than the residents) clients. These parties and the noise they produced until late midnight and later, make half of us not sleep in the night

Easy parking, modern decor, great restaurant with reasonable pricing. Breakfast is 👍. Ciflik is my go-to place when staying in Bitola.

Modern decor, balcony, comfortable beds. Very amiable staff members. Good location, especially for visiting the archeological site of Heraclea.
A short section of the road there was unpaved, made of crushed rock and it produced lots of dust but it’s probably a temporary situation.

Perfect location to explore Pelister N.P. and the Bitola area. Rooms are very comfortable and our room had a small balcony to relax on. The food in the restaurant was excellent, both during breakfast and dinner. The restaurant can become very busy during diner, so a reservation is recommended. The staff was very friendly.
It would have been nice to have a coffeemaker or a watercooker in the room. But this is not a complaint, as we new this upfront. Just a small recommendation for the hotel.

The woman at the front desk in the evening with glasses was fabulous! She was the best! She took care of us, sold us wine, and was delightful. The place is not bad in design and rooms, but...
The noise was incredibly LOUD last into the night. There were a million flies in the room. We were charged almost double, though it was fixed when we pointed it out, and the guy at the front desk apologized. The waitstaff seemed like they need a re-training, cigarettes and phones were their priority. One waiter who served me sparkling water was nice and responsive.
The good experience was the woman at the front desk. If we ever came back it would only be because of her. Otherwise, we would never consider returning. Such a disappointment.

Great location,for as a one-night stop on the way to Greece,but an option for a mountain experience find hiking trails starting from Kopanki; very good food, helpful staff.
