Todo el ruido q se escucha en el cuarto, no se puedes descanse, la cocina y el cuarto de herramientas está en el pasillo de las habitaciones, imposible descansar

Se nos perdió un cuchillo, q teníamos en la mesa cuando desayunamos, lo habíamos traído para partir alimentos q llevamos y al momento de recoger los platos se lo llevaron y lo dieron por perdido

It’s the kind of place that looks fantastic from outside, unfortunately (my personal opinion) I didn’t like the inside. rooms are a bit disorganised and the space is not well distributed, pillows are not comfortable at all along with bed. the way into the rooms is just a long small hall with no enough space to walk properly, and the fan made a lot of noise. At the end when we were about to leave, I was requested to go back to room and bring back the towels and remote controllers for tv and air condition which i believe is something their service could afford to do. To sum up, we were very excited since we wanted to stay here from a long time ago and this was our first time. it’s not worth the money paid.

La ubicación.. , una zona muy segura

Incómoda la ubicación de la cama junto a una columna, el desayuno muy regular y de haber sabido que la Piscina estaba en mantenimiento justo ese día, reservo en otro lugar.

Excelente zonas comunes, excelente ubicación y el personal muy amable.

El baño de la habitación tenía mal olor (alcantarilla) lo que causaba que toda la habitación tomara este mal olor, realmente no fue cómodo por este factor.

Nice rooftop terrasse and pool, good location close to the bus stop and the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. Employees were nice.

A nightclub closeby was blurring their music under our window until 5am.

The location is excellent. Taganga beach ⛱️🏖️ is amazing in the night 🌉.

The staff was rude and not clear with indications. The pool was not available during my stay.. The breakfast was definitely disappointed 😞: We waited for an hour for our food to be delivered.

Ventilator didn't work as it should. It was the hottest room I've been in, in my whole life. Jesus was nice. Every other member of the staff couldn't care less. I even checked out one night early because you couldn't stand the heat in the room. In addition there where 1000 mosquitos, the pool was dirty, the breakfast a joke and on the terrace they played party music from the morning till night, so loud that you couldn't even talk to each other.

Location is great. Just two blocks from the beach and the beach bars. The rooftop bar and the pool were nice to hang out (although internet didn't work there).

The room had no windows and no bedside table or anything of sort. I had to leave the remote controle in the bathroom because there was no where to place anything. I ask for tour to Bahia Cristal and they wanted to charge me 40% more than the standard price in any other place.

The terrace and pool area was lovely and very relaxing. The hotel itself is located in the centre of the town and a 2 minute walk to the beach and endless amounts of restaurants.

The staff did not speak English and the night manager was rude throughout our stay. The hotel room was basic, the walls and curtains were very dirty but it was ok for the price.

The breakfast was very good and prompt, the room was comfortable and clean and the pool was great, very refreshing after a hot day. Although it closed at 8 PM, we arrived at 7 PM and were allowed to use it until 9 PM.

The wifi was extremely weak and the hostel is very family-based, it doesn't have the traditional backpacker vibes. The staff was also difficult to locate at any point in time.
