I loved really loved the restroom

The breakfast was good. It was a little confusing to know what was available or where to start.

Knowing what food or drink is available in the rooms from the hotel and the bar. It just looks closed down and not sure. There is no information in the rooms either. In the past in a hotel they provide general instructions for the services, what is available at what times, and what number to call on the phone. This hotel despite being a Hyatt brand I would expect better service and/or more information offered either in written form in the room or by the staff./‘

Breakfast was excellent both days. The location was very good, easy to locate, with good parking & good accommodations.

Clean and nice

There was a party going on till 3:30 in the morning in the room across the hall and the staff did nothing to stop it. We were in the middle of the trip in National parks and were exhausted. The night was a nightmare.

Every staff member was clearly happy to be there and glad to help! Ava made check-in easy and she was very helpful acquainting us and to the property and the surrounding area. The breakfast was standard, but everything looked appealing, was well supplied and fresh. The location worked great for our mid-trip overnight stop. It was close to several food and shopping options. It was also easy to get to Costco (for gas) as well as I5 and the 99. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is located on a busy main street, so there was some street noise, but not so much that it interfered with getting a good night of sleep.

The location was very convenient. There were some decent places to eat nearby. Overall, the staff was nice. The room was clean, and the shower and bathroom was very clean. The coffee and fruit were very good.

The HVAC unit in the room was noisy enough to wake me throughout the night. The oatmeal was a little watery. I didn’t really like the eggs.

It was comfortable. They included breakfast. Parking was readily available.

The design of the bathroom and/or accessories were not thought out well. The mirror was so far away (because the vanity was super deep) that we couldn’t see well to put on make up or shave (my husband). There was no soap dish or place to put the soap. The staff wasn’t really welcoming and actually was acting weird in my few interactions. It felt like maybe it was so new they hadn’t developed a routine script greeting. Example: greeting was “hi! How’s it going?” I say, good thanks. Then…nothing. Instead of “hi, are you checking in?” Or “checking in? Last name please?”

The lobby is nice, staff was great, they had bar service until 10 pm. The room was out of alignment with the lobby. The room was clean, but the walls were bare with no art, the furniture was plain, and the bathroom looked like it had flooded and was outdated. There were old broken tiles, caulking missing, and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. This hotel was a dichotomy, some things nice and others not so much. It was clean enough that I would stay there again, but I’d be more likely to book a different hotel.

I got a double bed instead of two single beds, even I could proof I reserved exactly this setup. The stuff at the reception didn't apologize and told me I can choose another hotel in the middle of the night. Even the early shift next day ignore my complain. There was no other room available was the only feedback. Of course this can happen, but at least to apologize and a voucher or free drink would be fair. They only told me I hsve to clarify with booking.com, I'm still angry. Spend a lot of money for the night and the 2 dingle beds and feel like I was cheated! At the breakfast buffet: spoon, knife ... everything plastic
