Great house in a great location. John (owner) was super responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations for us. We had 3 young children and the house was perfect. Plenty of pool toys and items to use on the beach. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

It's difficult to summarize our experience with this property because it is all and more than the description! John, our host, went above and beyond in making our stay a memorable vacation. The house was cleaner than any VRBO that we have rented in the past. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you may need to create any meal, and all equipment was in good condition, a definite plus! The whole house was comfortable from the living room to the bedrooms and the outside pool area and deck were equally as comfortable. Like most other reviewers, the views were endless and beautiful so not much time was spent in the house! If you are considering renting this house, do not think twice! This will surely be our first choice when returning to this beautiful island. Thank you John for conscious management of your property.

Absolutely amazing views from the pool, main room, kitchen and bedrooms. We did not want to leave! The location is private and tranquil with a wonderful beach, Smuggler’s Cove, just minutes away. The home was as pictured, very clean and among the most well-provisioned rentals we’ve ever had. The kitchen lacked nothing to make nice meals. There is both a gas and charcoal grill and we picked up some fresh fish at Golden Rock to grill. We could not get the gas grill to ignite and used the charcoal one instead. The very next day, John, our host, had a brand new gas grill set up and waiting for us. Very unexpected and exceptional hospitality. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers, rum bar, pool toys. Highly, highly recommend and we hope to return. Thank you, John!

My family and I had such a great stay over Christmas at Grapetree! The views at the property were truly breathtaking, they had everything stocked that could you need for cooking, cleaning, beaching, etc., and we very much appreciated the baby items (high chair and pack n play) that were included for our littles. They even went above and beyond by setting up a Christmas tree at the property for our stay over the holidays and left us an ornament to remember our time on the island. Thanks John and Wendy for a great experience! We hope to be back again- sooner rather than later!

John and Wendy's home was absolutely lovely. We have stayed at several STRs on St Croix and this home was by far the cleanest. It is very spacious and the bedrooms are large with lots of dresser and closet space. Each room with its own bathroom was a huge plus. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we lacked for nothing. The pool was nice and the views are unsurpassed! The internet was reliable, but I could not get cell service unless I was on the deck. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the property and it was exactly as we invissioned. I would 100% stay again!

Our experience was amazing from start to finish. John answered any questions I had right away . We would definitely rent through him again ! The home was even better than we could asked for . This is a definite repeat vacation!

I don't typically write reviews, but this place was so wonderful I strongly felt the need to write one. The property is awesome. On our first day we saw a rainbow similar to the one in the pictures. We could not believe it. There were 8 of us who stayed there, including a 6 month old. Standing outside by the pool and your look left you see ocean then look right and see ocean - Just amazing. The recommend beachs were not busy or crowded, and we like that, though we did find some nicer beaches on other parts of the island. This place had everything we needed. We had absolutely no complaints and would stay again in a heart beat. The owner checked in on us on multiple occassions during our stay to make sure his place met all of our needs and it did. We had a very minor issue with the ice cube maker and he sent someone out in minutes to look at and fix. Prior to our stay, I emailed the owner multiple times with various questions and he generally responded within an hour or two at most. He gave us recommendations for just about everything: resturaunts, shopping, things to do, etc. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. At the end of our stay I specifically asked my family if the place met all our our needs, and they all said yes without hesitation. The only very minor complaint I got from my family was that the lighting going to the downstairs room was not very good at night, especially when the door needed to be unlocked (Cell phone worked great for this). The recommended beaches in the area are wonderful with very few people and we like that. We did adventure out and did find some nicer beaches on the island, but they were more crowded as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in staying in St. Croix. If we ever go back to St. Croix, we will without hesitation stay at this location again.

This lovely property was a perfect venue for our week in St Croix! It easily accommodated our 7 person family (5 adults & 2 preschoolers), but cou;ld equally well suit 2-3 couples or several friends. The layout was great - three bedrooms in the main section of the house, in combination with a very large common living room and kitchen/eating area. Each bedroom had an associated bathroom. Most of our time at the house, however was spent out on the deck and outdoor eating area and ,of course in the beautiful pool. In addition, there is a downstairs self contained suite, which we did not use. Our host, John, was extremely helpful and responsive, and the entrance/exit procedures were easy to follow independently. We loved the local beaches, especially the snorkeling, and found the nearest town of Christiansted charming and very friendly, with excellent restaurants and great shopping . All in all, a wonderful, unforgettable vacation in paradise!!

Our fantastic vacation to St Croix starts and ends with this property. The most obvious things to mention are the gorgeous views of the ocean from the refreshing pool and deck which were top notch. The rooms, each with a bathroom, were nicely decorated and clean. But it was all the details that enhanced our stay such as the stock of spices and necessities in the kitchen to the labeled light switches and comprehensive folder with helpful hints about the property and St Croix. Beach chairs and coolers were also provided and such great items to supply guests. Our stay was so comfortable we barely had a need to leave the house. The house was clean, well stocked and lived up to everything described and more. John was a fantastic host and very responsive to all questions. I had an opportunity to buy this villa ten years ago. Should have. Our stay was hosted by John and Wendy. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. Though my wife and I have been coming to St. Croix since 1985, they gave us places to go and things to see we didn't know about. The property was stocked with EVERYTHING a visitor could want. Food staples, liquor, beach chairs, towels, linens, utensils, Bar-b-Cue, etc. Pool was refreshing. Plenty of hot water. Internet, cable TV in every room. Air Conditioning in every room. Whatever we needed was immediately provided. Beautiful views of North and South shores. Heck, we even had a weather station in the fully stocked kitchen. We only have one complaint! We had to leave when our stay ended!

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. The home offered privacy for each couple by having separate bedrooms/showers for all, but also provided great gathering areas in the living room, kitchen, dining room, and pool/patio areas. The location provided amazing views and we had no troubles getting around the island. The host was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process, from helping us access the home to having a wide variety of supplies available in the home for us to use during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property, especially for groups.

This place was amazing and the pictures do it no justice. The house was equipped with everything and more. Super clean. And John was very kind and accommodating. My husband and I went with my sister and brother-in-law and their 5 children, 2 of whom are twin 2 year olds. The house was kid friendly and accommodated all of us! We had a wonderful stay and could not have been happier. The house has everything you could need and more. The views are stunning and the setting is just amazing.

Decided that USVI would be a safe destination as my children do not have valid passports. Found this beauty on VRBO which made the decision to vacation in St. Croix an easy one. Communication from the owner throughout the entire process was spot on. Met with him on the way to the property from the airport. Was escorted to the home and shown around. Extremely clean and convenient layout. The teenagers stayed in the downstairs room. Our younger kids stayed on the opposite end of the home. My wife and I in the master bedroom. The kitchen was VERY stocked. There was plenty of alcohol available to make a drink as soon as you check into the home (I left some behind for the next guests)! We hired Chef Adams & Julie for two nights of incredible meals and wine pairing (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)! The pool was PERFECT and used often throughout our trip. I can still hear the water crashing on both sides of the island at night. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property and we would love to return one day! Thank you so much for having us!

Traveled as a party of 8 and spent 6 nights at this property. The pictures does not due it any justice it's very clean and well stocked with everything you think you need. The island views are remarkable. John was a very very great host, I will be visiting this spot again.

This house was a fantastic place to stay. Far enough away from town that you don’t have to deal with any traffic or commotion but close enough to be a short drive to most places. Great views of two sides of the island from the pool. The host John was also fantastic to deal with and was extremely friendly/helpful in getting us settled in and recommendations of want to do/where to eat on the island. Highly recommend staying here!

I can not say enough good things about this property- minutes from everything you would need in Christensted, the local grocery store was amazing- go on a Monday or Tuesday btw- the views from the pool were amazing, the house has the most well equipped kitchen of any rental we have ever had, plenty of towels, great AC - that we barely needed even in August, board games, smart TVs, 2 grills, washer and dryer.... It was simply perfect for us. The downstairs area allowed for a nice spot for.our teenager as well. John was always a phone call away and the suggestion book at the place had everything you could imagine from restaurants to activities. Can't wait for this place to free up so we can go back! We stayed at this property last year and loved it so much we decided to return again this year. The pool and patio just accentuate the amazing scenery from this view. John is a great host and added some extra features this year to make our stay even better! We will likely return next year...

We loved our week at Twin View Terrace. The house was immaculate, beautiful, very spacious & comfortable, with A/C throughout. We enjoyed the island, but hurried back to be at the house, it was that wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked & organized, the pool was so refreshing and the deck had spectacular views and shady spots to sit. John, our host, was wonderful too. You won’t be disappointed .

Would definitely recommend it! John is a great host. Very Informative. Home is equipped with everything that you can possibly need. There are a couple of minor suggestions; WiFi signal is weak so service was sketchy. Window sills and closest door knobs were dirty.

We had a group of seven and the house was perfect for us! Plenty of space and a great kitchen and living area for us to dine and play games. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and large deck. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We traveled as a party of 6 and spent 5 nights at this property, July 16-21 for a milestone birthday celebration. From the moment I made the reservation to the day of checkout John Benson was the most gracious, professional and amazing host. He provided information about the home in advance and was able to recommend a few services such as a personal chef for us to use while at the villa. John was very responsive to all questions that we had before arrival. Since we decided to use a taxi service and not rent a vehicle, he offered to pick us up from the airport in his van on the first day. He stopped so that we could get a bite to eat and also took us to the grocery store . Once we got to the house he gave us a tour, even provided a little gift of bubbly for our birthday celebration and then left us to our fun times :) The house is as advertised, it is clean and that deck! my goodness, that deck and it's amazing views is exactly what the doctor ordered! I loved that the kitchen was well stocked, probably the best I have seen in any such rental that I've stayed in, and also John provides a complimentary rum bar. The home was really comfortable for the six of us and there really wasn't anything lacking. I would definitely recommend Twin View Terrace and would likely stay there again on another vacation to St. Croix.

From reservation all the way to exit we could not have asked for an easier or more professional experience. The pictures capture the beauty of the home and location. Best host we have ever had- full stocked rum bar, food and staples. We wanted for nothing in the house from toiletries to towels and spices. Highly recommended- value for price is unmatched!

This property was everything our family wanted for our week in St. Croix - plenty of room, awesome pool, close beach access, and beautiful views. We came back relaxed and refreshed!

John was gracious enough to rent us his house for our daughter’s graduation celebration trip! We had another family join us for a total of 3 graduates! What fun!. I cannot stress how much he helped in making the trip a success! He went above and beyond in meeting us after our flight to showing us where to pick up groceries for our stay. John also helped us get hard to get reservations to eat while we were out and touring the island. The island is recovering from the effects of Covid like the rest of the world so restaurants are hard to come by and service is very slow.. that being said John went out of his way to help us score reservations and gave us pointers on how early we needed to get places. His house is in a great location with beautiful views! There is AC in every room! And a fully stocked kitchen and bedroom/bathrooms. We all were very impressed with the care he has taken to make your trip an excellent adventure! I would highly recommend this house for your stay if your visiting St. Croix! Thank you John for being such an amazing host!
