We were very pleased with the cleanliness and overall property. It was not super clear that it was upper or lower level and that was the only negative. We would love to come back!

the place itself was amazing, very clean, oceanfront views were great. had all the amenities. close to dining and shopping. beds were very comfy. loved to very short walk to the beach. will definitely be staying with them again. highly recommend it. owners are always one call/text away. super friendly.

Clean, great location,nice

We chose this location to bring our Military daughter for a quick getaway before her deployment. The Upper unit we stayed in had the perfect ocean view and the sounds of the ocean was better than therapy!! The owners thought of everything we could need. Check in was so smooth. Beds comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated. One of our days was a stormy day and that mixed with cozy blankets, sounds of waves, pops of thunder, and a good movie was amazing. We were there during the *off* season so a lot of the restaurants were closed. Our biggest disappointment was the boardwalk. The Ferris wheel has been permanently removed and it appears the boardwalk is slowly closing down. If you are coming for that area only - do more research. Even with that we did find wonderful places to eat and shops to visit. Incredible views!! This trip was very relaxing!!! I highly recommend this house seated right on the beach. And these owners have several other properties to choose from. They take extreme pride in making sure each of their guest walk away with a perfect trip!! Book it now!

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! The location was perfect. We walked right down to the water with our fishing poles and enjoyed the ocean. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We have stayed all across the country and this is now one of our favorites. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and very helpful. We hope to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay in this very well maintained condo. The view from the deck was beautiful. The unit is nicely decorated and the owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Especially loved the rocking chairs on the deck. Five Star place

After losing my 5 year old grandson in a very traumatic way on New Years Day and having to wait to bury him almost 3 weeks later on January 20, I needed to get away and start the healing process. This lovely home and it’s surroundings were exactly what the doctor ordered…literally!

Nicer than the listing shows. The walkway to the beach is much closer than I expected. Better than expected, just a great location. Checkin was easy and quick. Never out of touch with owner. Absolutely will stay here again Family loved it Thank you

House was very clean. Nice view of the ocean with quick access to beachfront. Very comfy feel. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with pans, pots, a coffee maker and a Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, plenty of plates, glassware, and utensils. No blinds in living room windows however, so that took some getting used to at night. Great stay however. Perfect for 3 adults and 3 children. 2nd bath was extremely tight for the adults, but we managed. Thanks again.

My husband, son and daughter in law really enjoyed the property. Sat in the rockers on the porch watching the sunset and having drinks. Master bath was huge but main bath was very narrow. The boardwalk was very small and disappointing compared to what we are used to in Ocean City, Maryland.

Location to the beach and restaurants was great. House was clean and everything well appointed.

this property is simply gorgeous - comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, and proximity to the beach - and it has everything you could possibly need to just breathe in the sea air and relax

The location of this house is ideal. We love being oceanfront and having a very quiet area along the beach to enjoy. My toddler loves being able to run and play in the flat backyard. Nice quiet area. Clean house with all the amenities. We will be back!

We stayed at the Oceanfront Upper House at Carolina Beach- First off, Jamie & Brian, the owners, are super detailed and communicative. The house is oceanfront, a private dock leads to the sand- (maybe 50 steps? 30?) the house itself is impeccable. Jamie and Brian talk about cleanliness of their rentals is their #1 priority, and it shows here; You're greeted with shining kitchen counters, and a open floor plan living space, immaculate. There are 2 full baths, and 3 bedrooms, all well appointed. the Primary BR was where we stayed for the 4 days, the room was a king bed and very comfortable, the bathroom had 2 sinks - great counter space. Kitchen is stocked, there is laundry - we were able to wash our beach towels, and the best space- the expansive front porch with views for miles of Carolina blue water. Our stay was just after the busy summer season, everyone is back to school in NC this week, so we basically had the beach to ourselves on all of our days there. We were chatting with my sister-in-law in PA who we travel with regularly, and we're already making plans to rent next summer. We Celebrated our 30th anniversary on our 2nd day of the trip- and we could not be happier with the home. We're 2 hours away (inland) and have lived in NC for almost 20 yrs, we've been to so many beaches in NC but not CB- and I'm so glad we made this trip our 30th celebration. The town is cute, we had an incredible dinner at the Lake House Steakhouse + memories forever. Thx for hosting us!

Last minute one night stay. So fortunate to find a beach front house. Covered porch was amazing for relaxing. Love Carolina Beach. Owners were great to communicate with. Owners provided free additional parking close to boardwalk. Will be back soon.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is up to date. The location is PERFECT!! The beach was just steps from the back door. We will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed our brief stay and hope to come back again. The dunes and beach are beautiful and the upstairs part of the house is great. I would give an overall rating of 5, but the 2nd bathroom layout is a bit odd and very narrow. Easy enough for kids, though.

We so appreciate the care and cleanliness of this property! The cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. So comfortable and well equipped, too. The location is perfect, very quiet and not crowded at all. Close enough to get to the Boardwalk, but the only thing we did was go to Britts Doughnuts!😃 Great deck, and the artificial turf area between the beach and house is a wonderful idea! Great for our grandaughter to play in the evenings. The owners were wonderful. Check in and out was easy. Perfect for small families!👍

This was our second stay here and had another wonderful experience this year. Once again very clean, great communication and check in/out with owners. Cant beat the location and having my coffee and watching the sunrise from the deck overlooking the ocean is fantastic! We love this place and already looking forward to another visit next year. To avoid the horrible time I had a Myrtle beach the previous year I decided to go somewhere more quiet right on the beach. This was def worth it! House was as described super convenient to walk to the house from the beach when dealing with an energetic toddler. House was clean and owners provided ample communication. Will come again !

Great, conveniently located beachfront property. Management was was very easy to get ahold of and very friendly, if not a touch stingy (no laundry detergent provided etc). Property was excellently set up for family and kids. Really easy check in and check out. Recommended.

We had a wonderful time. Very clean and comfy with easy access to the beach. The hosts were a pleasure to interact with and very helpful, leaving a book of dining recommendations and things to do. I can't say enough good things!
