This place is BEAUTIFUL! It’s a new build so it’s extremely nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our big family. The kids loved it. Great location too! Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable and the pool area was so fun for our kids. Owners were very responsive. The best part is the pool is right outside the back patio doors so it’s like it’s in your backyard! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast at the pool and playing pickleball. The condo was big enough to hold 2 families! Communication was excellent with renters. We would stay here again!

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at this unit, in the past year, with great experiences the first two times; this time was quite different. When we went to bed the first night we found out that the master bed was broken and only one person could sleep on it. I had to sleep on the couch that night as all the other beds were taken. That same night a construction crew showed up across the street and began working at 2:30 am and then started pouring concrete at 4:00 am. It work up half of our family and we were not able to go back to bed till 7 am; it was a long night. We did send a video of the construction crew, and the noise they were causing, to the management team and we got a response of "we were not informed of any construction scheduled so we will let the owners know about this". No follow up of any kind about how this might have disrupted our sleep or stay. Regarding the bed, I did have to follow up twice before it was resolved. Overall I don't think we received a fair return for the price we paid of this trip.

Loved it, but the best part was the property manager. they checked with me multiple times to make sure I was all set to get there, that I was good once there and that chekout went smooth. Ive never had that kind of service and it was great. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

We had a great time at this home. It was perfectly sufficient for two families and we really enjoyed our visit. Access to two Pickleball courts and a great pool and splash pad were the cherry on top!

It’s a very nice place to stay with your family. This is our third or fourth time staying at this condo we have enjoyed it very much

Property was nice but had previous garbage/food from previous guests under the couch and on the TV stand which had a headband with hair on it we also found someones briefs in the laundry room and the decorative pillows were dirty 1 of which had blood stains in the master bedroom also blankets that were folded put away smelled dirty like really bad also the coffee maker was put away with coffee crumbs and filter still inside and the grill was super full of old grease but overall we liked the property but just not how it was cleaned sands was great but maybe make sure the cleaning people actually clean the house also no mop we had to buy our own since we had small children.

We loved our stay here. The location right by the pool was perfect for our group. We loved the outdoor sitting area and would definitely stay here again. The only problem was that the bath mat in the master bathroom was dirty upon arrival with the red sand. We didn’t say anything though and I am sure if we had they would have replaced it. Everything else was great. Thank you!

We love the location of this rental. The pool and amenities are exactly what we hoped for with the pool right out the back door. The beds were comfortable, and the decorations were so cute. A perfect place for our family getaway.

My friend and I celebrated our birthdays by staying at Ocotillo, for 4 nights, and attending the Tuachan theater. The location was fabulous for being able to attend the Tuachan. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the condo was and the pool being right outside our back door. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We needed a large place to stay because we were flying in from out of state to attend a wedding in enterprise. I found this property and it was just perfect for our needs The pool was perfect as it had a shallow end for the babies and a water side for the bigger kids the house was perfect for us to gather in the kitchen the great room and the dining room all at the same time we would definitely stay here again

So much fun for the whole family kids loved the house, this is our 2nd year coming here and we enjoyed it again. Only down fall was that one of the triple bunk beds had blood stains on it and we didn't notice till the next day so my kids slept on it very disgusting! Besides that at was great

We enjoyed our stay at Ocotillo Springs. House located right by the pool and splash pad. Kids loved both of those! The house was fully stocked and very comfortable! Totally recommend!

Location of home was in a lovely area! Pool area and clubhouse were very nice! The House met our needs, however it didn't feel super clean. All glass (windows, mirrors, shower doors, light fixtures, etc.) were extremely dirty. Pictures made it look nicer than it actually was! Overall, it was a good place but just would want cleaner!

Easy sign up and check in Maps apps don’t always find it. One of our party did not find it and Door dash got lost too

We liked the location and the number of beds available for a large family. The pool was a few yards from our patio and that was nice with small children, yet we felt we had privacy while seating outside. We were disappointed to find that our rental was not very clean. More attention to basic cleaning would have been appreciated. When you rent a place to vacation with family and you pay as much as we payed for it, you expect to find a clean and welcoming place. Here the rugs in the kitchen were quite dirty, the water dispenser tray to the fridge was bad (not from hard water), and the shelves inside the fridge needed to be wiped clean. The baseboards throughout the place could have used some dusting, but specially the baseboards in the half bathroom- they were MORE than dusty....??? Maybe the cleaning personnel needs to be better trained. Not recommended if you have elder people with you who struggle with stairs (unless you have a bedroom on the main level for them). The ceilings are very high and beautiful, but it makes for a longer and not very safe flight of stairs up and down.

This is a spacious, modern condo. Perfect for enjoying Snow Canyon.

Perfect for our family!

I thought this was an excellent place to stay. Our family of 10 fit perfectly—-loved the bunk room and the amount of bathrooms! Everything we needed was there. I was a little confused about the twin “beds” advertised in the loft area. They ended up being twin sleeping pads—-which are great, but shouldn't be advertised as beds.

Could not be a better location to the pool, the owners were amazing to communicate with, we loved it and will stay here again when we travel.

We have a home close by and needed added space for 2 families. This worked out perfect. The grandkids loved the hot tub and a few brave ones got into the pool. The home was well equipped, nice and comfortable for our group. Thank you!
