The staff were friendly and tried to help

The wifi kept going out and was not working. The first day I let staff know about the problem. They said they would try to fix it. The second day it was still going out and when attached very slow. I need wifi for my business and am always very careful to select a hotel that has good wifi. Unfortunately this hotel did not have functioning wifi. After the second day I told staff that I had very important meetings the next day and if they couldn’t get the wifi problem fixed I would have to check out a day early and find another hotel. When I tried to get a refund for the last day the manager sent an email and said that the wifi is fine and if it was a problem they would have moved me to another room or sister hotel which was a total lie. I asked for help two days and they couldn’t fix the problem. He also said that the hotel was fully booked during my stay and that this was probably one of the reasons the wifi wasn’t working. The other thing is that I agree with other posters that the hotel seems tired and old. My bed sheet had holes in it and my pillowcase had a strong smell of woman’s perfume indicating that it had not been washed. Overall this place and the manager are terrible. The regular staff were very kind and helpful. I would avoid this place and stay at Navinda which is where I went after the wifi problems weren’t addressed. Navinda was a great hotel in comparison.

La ubicación es espectacular, y el servicio es maravilloso. Las instalaciones estaban limpias. Aunque no es súper nuevo lo tienen muy bien cuidado.

Quizá que se escucha un poco las paredes y la nevera hace ruido. La nevera la desenchufamos y se acabo el problema. En cuanto a los ruidos no es nada grave. Solo es cuchas un poco las otras máquinas de aire pero no te impide dormir

The bathroom tiles really need a scrub to remove the mold and we had a towel with large holes in it. The property looks run down from outside.

The design of the hotel is lovely with an Italian architectural vibe. Bed was massive and the A/C was more powerful then a plane and probably the best shower I’ve ever used :). Not to mention we got a free upgrade which is always nice 👍

Big clean room with good A/C. I loved the open, airy feel of the hotel. The shower was really nice and the bed was so soft and comfortable. We felt like we had splurged on a luxurious resort even though it was actually super affordable!

Wifi didn't always work in our room

Great value for money, good pool and good location. Close to resturants and 7/11 across road which was super helpful. Staff were lovely.

The hotel is not super new but it has character and it is clean. The room we stayed in was very nice, over two floors with a terrace and an outdoor tub upstairs. The room was very comfortable.

Overall maintenance is not spotless but ok.

Everything was excellent. The room was really spacious, the bathroom had a great configuration and the staff were lovely. The pool had a great view and a lovely temperature, could stay in there for hours. Great location, close to shops and restaurants whilst being back from the noise.

I love that its very clean. They have good comfy pillows and big bed. I like the architecture.. feels mediterranean. They change my towels without me asking. Its literally 5-10mins walk to khun suek muay thai, and 5mins to walk to the martket.

Location is quite good. You can easily reach the long boat cooperative ticket office and the main street with restaurant. The design of the hotel is nice and even if open, it feels very safe. The swimming pool has an amazing sunset view.

The building is slightly old but comfortable.

The breakfast had a decent selection with fruits, cereal, eggs, bread, coffee, juice and some thai specialities. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily with new water, towels and toiletries. The staff was very nice and friendly and the location was good. The pool had a beautiful sunset view.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first issue I encountered was with the bathroom, which was moldy and emitted a foul smell due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom which is never a good idea in a place like Thailand. Moving on to the room itself, I found it to be extremely basic and lacking in any amenities. The bed was rock hard, making it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. The pool was another area of concern. It was not properly maintained and had green algae growing on the walls. I found this to be quite disturbing, as it indicated that the hotel had not been properly taking care of its facilities. Additionally, there were tiles missing from the pool which were sharp and could have caused injury. Furthermore, the pool ladder was missing a step, which was a major safety hazard for my pregnant wife. This was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of concern for the safety of guests. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. From the moldy bathroom to the uncomfortable bed and poorly maintained pool, it was clear that the hotel was not up to par with basic standards of hygiene and safety. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked the hotel for a week-long vacation but had to leave early due to a medical issue. When I informed the hotel management about my situation, they showed a complete lack of empathy and refused to provide any assistance. I was aware that the terms of the booking had stated no refunds however, I had hoped for some level of understanding or compassion from the hotel management. I was deeply disappointed by the hotel's response to my situation. As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of understanding from the hotel staff, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The hotel management's refusal to help me in any way has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
