Villa was beautiful along with the location. Restaurant was amazing. All staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful stay we had at St John Villas!! During our stay at the resort, we stayed at a villa named Olive tree. It was really spacious and nice and we had our own parking spot. Every morning we ordered a different breakfast to our villa , we prefered the 'healthy breakfast' and the Continental as they are named, they were more than enough , had delicious quality options and we had energy for the rest of the day! In the evening almost daily we visited the resort's restaurant which we were amazed by all the options the menu had, aswell as the quality of it. We had St. John's Beef fillets & pork fillets honey mustard which both instantly became our favourites !! The service was also excellent with Vicky & Nick being professional as expected and keeping safety diatances and measures aswell. Before we left for our villa we had some cocktails for takeaway which we enjoyed by the pool. The beds were also great and comfy which made our stay unforgetable ! I recommend you getting up early to watch the sunrise from Olive Tree's balcony ! Just pure magic. We definetly coming back!

It’s in a great quiet location close to the town and beach.

Our stay at the resort was perfect. From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us and was really kind and helpful. They transported us to our villa with the electric Golf car. The villa was amazing , had a breathtaking sea view and we had our own parking spot as mentioned on.the website. The villas also had complete privacy between each other. We also ordered from.the resort’s restaurant . The food was delicious and nice looking and the room service pretty fast. Definitely recommend a stay at this resort.

We arrived Zakynthos while Greece was still in partial lockdown and so were grateful that the manageress Narciss was so welcoming, waiting with keys in hand to usher us to our villa. Most of the island's restaurants, ( including the hotel restaurant) retail shops and small grocery stores were closed with very few people about. We stayed in a suite villa which had all the amenities of kitchenette and pool with two bedrooms upstairs. All immaculately clean--if a bit tired. We were provided with breakfast and dinner on our patio by the pool which was a godsend as so much was closed and the food was fantastic--homemade and very fresh and tasty. During a challenging time for travel, they really made our stay memorable . Thank you so much!!!

Our villa was a bit dated and tired but we were so happy for the immaculate cleaning and all the amenities it made up for it.

We visited St John villas for the third time. Like all of our visits, we were enjoyed the offered five star accommodation ! Thank you very much! Till next time! Recommended to everyone who wants best quality!

The staff attitude and attendance was above the standard! Food in the restaurant was amazing! Cleanness of the villas and swimming pool was exceeding expectations! We are looking forward to visit it again!
