Vi var der kun for at overnatte en weekend og på de to overnatninger hylede brandalarmen begge dage i træk og hele hotellet blev evakueret til stor gene for børn og ældre og folk der ville slappe af

The pool itself was a good temp and the kids enjoyed it The bathroom in our room was lovely and clean Plenty of parking Sofa bed was set for the 2 kids (I didn't have to do it)

Toilet facilities at the swimming pool were disgustingly dirty (kids even commented) 3 out of 4 of us woke up with bits When checking out I spoke with the hotel staff (reception) and what I was told was (sometimes the bed bugs go behind the skirting boards) no apology!! I watched a cleaning lady kick and throw laundry down the public stairs!!

The children’s sofa bed was not made when we arrived. Only catered for 3 people, 3 towels, 3 biscuits and only one milk. We are a family of 4 😬

Breakfast was good and hot

Swimming pool was out of action the entire time of our stay., firstly because of a fault and then because of lack of staff. Whilst we appreciate that they have to repair the pool and get the chemicals right, having a pool was the main reason we booked. They did send us to a leisure centre, but the hours were not as good as the hotels. Would have preferred to have been informed ahead of arrival that there was an issue.

I booked it as I say it had a pool,jacuzzi and sauna etc. Was disappointed to say the least as it was out of order,had I'd known I would have booked elsewhere

Great location for a stopover as just off the M6. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are i the process of being refurbished which will be as additional bonus when completed. Good breakfast choices.

Bedrooms need refurbishment… carpet and curtains tired and stained in places and evidence of damage repaired bedroom and bathroom doors

Easy parking and friendly staff.

The wifi didn't work. They had not renewed their certificate on third access point, so there was no way to be sure it was the hotel or someone impersonating them. Makes wifi effectively useless

The breakfast was very good staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Richard the night staff was amazing. Thank you for a fantastic experience and the checking out staff were brilliant.

What wasn’t there to like. It was a lovely stay and great hotel.
