Nice modern hotel, great lakeside location

We had a sleepless night due to a large unmonitored and noisy young boys sports group during our stay,behaving like in a youth hostel. Not nice.

Aamiainen oli herkullinen ja oli mukavaa, kun pääsi ulos järven rantaan nauttimaan siitä. Oli myös ihanaa, kun pääsin aamu-uinnille. Illalla hotellilta oli kiva käydä kävelemässä rannalla.

The location is really nice by the lake.

the location and the view from the window were just perfect! breakfast was delicious. we loved the atmosphere of the hotel. the beds were too comfortable! air conditioning works very well!

A great location on the shores of Lake Jyväsjärvi and a very comfortable hotel

Room next to to cleaning room. Unapologetic noise starting 7am, Walls paper thin and impossible to have a proper Night sleep. Indifferent corridor staff - when entering in and out of the room, cleaning trolleys on the floor, obstructing clear passage. Early in the morning, other room doors were wide open and making it impossible to leave the room before first shutting the other room doors. Clear emergency passage violation. Still, I was the ONLY customer in that wing. The attitude of the room staff was not hotel level. Front desk service was OK, but still not shown interest whether the customer had a good stay, what could be improved, etc. Breakfast was decent. Still, Sad and disappointing experience due to service related problems. Not recommended. I have stayed in socialist era hotels in China, this was a reminder of these establishments (and not in a good way).

Friendly staff, nice location, beautiful premises. Rooms are not very big but they are modern and have everything one needs for a nice stay.

The small renovation in the lobby brought the overall mood down a bit, once that is finished I think the hotel will be very nice.
