Chambre excellente avec la vue sur la mer et les piscines, rien a dire c'est très sympa

Laccueil, les sourires des employés, la salle de billards et la salle de sport, et les deux piscines sont exceptionnelles

The Ac in one of the annex rooms was loud and noisy

Clean quite everything was good

They advertise one building and sent you the small building

Nothing!

Hotel is too old and our room was dirty and smelling dampness! Staff was not helpful, electricity went off and they don’t have generator so we had to stay at room with no light and no air conditioner!!

Great view, stayed on the 17th floor, we could see the amazing ocean and all the activities going on. Pools were amazing we basically had them to ourselves. Extremely close to all restaurants, convenience stores and the beach. The room was comfortable and roomy, the TV had satellite channels which was convenient when the monsoon rain set in for the day.

A major off put was the air conditioning fan/unit/outlet was on the balcony and blew extreme hot air onto us, didn't help that you had to deal with the humidity as well as the unit. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were so soft, you might as well not have had them. When around the pool it would have been nice to be offered drinks 🍸 it would have given the staff something to do, but also bring revenue to the hotel, we had to get up and ask for a drink to be brought out. We possibly would have spent more if this had of been the case.

Location is good, quite near to Patong beach area. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful

Bed is rock solid, need more cushion
