Food was great, facilities great, location great. Wide variety of food choices , large choice of drinks and cocktails . Beautifully kept clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location great with little beach and close to bus stops.

Entertainment. Repetitive and not very lively. Could do with more vareity and suited to age group. Not enough sunloungers around the pool area. Always reserved with towels from stupid early hours of morning - no chance in the whole week to get a sun lounger by pool.

Carefree relaxation in a perfect environment, with wonderful outdoor pools and a beautiful beach. It is ideal if someone wants to have a cocktail in the sun listening to the sea with a good book, leaving behind the everyday rush. The room is spacious, the food is great, we loved it.

The only bad thing was that we had to leave.

Our second visit to this hotel and as always it was amazing! Best all inclusive experience you can get! Yelena was as always so welcoming! We are booking already our next vacation to the same hotel next year as well!

The old lady in the pool bar doesn’t prepares good cocktails so we always got the cocktails from the bar next to the small pool and it was always amazing!

I had traveled to meet up with friends but felt really comfortable when on my own. loved the choice of restaurant & bars included in all inclusive. especially impressed with wine bar. staff were super friendly & knowledgeable about hotel. loved well stocked shop.

people putting towels on bed early on morning. Spa rooms could do with improving. decor & bed’s especially. could have done with more vegan options.

the facilities was very nice and we relax a lot we use the jacuzzi and steam room it was perfect too!!

The hotel is very clean, well maintained and really good to spend some days. Food is also very good. Would recommend and would go back!

Shower without pressure, and AC wouldn’t go below 20°C, so it was hot inside the room because the AC doesn’t remain on when you are not in the room, so everytime you need to turn on, it takes some hours to get cold. It is almost impossible to find a sun bed near the pool because the guests leave their towels and never come back (I am not blaming the hotel, but guest should be advised about it, in respect to other people)

Food: The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet was quite nice. We like the wide range of selection of food and drinks. Entertainment: The swimming pools are very friendly, convenient to get drink and food near the pool is what we enjoy. We love the Zumba class on Wednesday. Staff: Most of the staff are very friendly, we really enjoy the services.

Room: The room didn't provide us with the shower gel on the first day we arrived, we didn't receive any shower gel until the second day, so we didn't leave the tips. On the second day, it was hard to tell if the room was being cleaned, even the pillow was not located where they were supposed to be. On the third day, they replaced 2 old towels with only 1 new towel, which is bad We also expected there should be tooth brush and toothpaste, so were a bit disappointed Reserved restaurant: We only had the chance to test the Asian restaurant and Grill 66. The Sushi rice was a bit old and tasted like bread The steak from Grill 66 (medium) was a bit dry, if it can be a bit more juicy, would be perfect!

We booked a suite on bed and breakfast rate which was a good idea.

The bed linen didn't fit the bed which would be better if replaced with 2x 3ft divans put together as the mattress moved when the other person moved on their side.

Size of room good, bed huge and comfortable, fridge in room, tea and coffee making facilities and a nice balcony. Lots of space by pool and loads of sunbeds and umbrellas. Sea rough and very difficult to get into because of the rocks. Great choice of food for breakfast.

Sheets had holes in them although cleaners did good job every day. Staff not very welcoming and engaging or helpful, especially on reception. No information in room about the hotel and what was on. A long way out from the harbour area and cost E15 each way. Hotel restaurant more like a canteen and lacked atmosphere. Entertainment quite poor.

Very beautiful hotel, room spacious with lots of wardrobe & shelf space. Bathroom compact but very nice. Buffet dinner excellent, breakfast very nice too. Staff attentive & friendly. Lots of car parking space, some covered. Shops, restaurants & pharmacy 4 mins walk away.

Not much information displayed around, including the room. There was a large interactive board in reception. Could not find a room service menu in the room. But really nothing to not like.
