The hotel is central to everything in Avignon. The rooms are large and spacious and clean.

Unfortunately we had a drainage smell from our bathroom on the first night. We advised reception and it certainly wasn’t as obvious on the following 2 nights.

Wonderful and comfortable room with enough pillows and good beds

Literally at the edge of the old town, the location is perfect. One can simply walk to all the attractions, restaurants etc. Practical and well appointed room - good size and well furnished. Very comfortable bed. Parking available on payment in underground parking directly under the hotel, so access is very good.

Breakfast was just so- so. The hotel is reasonably large and hence a bit impersonal. In the evening it was raining and hotel was not able to provide umbrellas since they had run out of stock.

Too impersonal and the lobby area was crowded with people for the entire time. Lack of electrical power points for charging phones etc.

Very pleasant, courteous and helpful staff, we stayed in an excellent big and comfortable room. A very good breakfast was included in our hotel rates.

We had to wait until 4 pm for check-in, but this was not so important as we were able to visit the city in the interim.

Location ideal as everything within walking distance of hotel, including rail station.

Hotel rooms could do with a repaint! Breakfast room lacks atmosphere, maybe some music would help?

The room is big with a small living room area and there is a patio.

The check in time is at 4:00pm, but the room was not ready until an half hour later. It says that coffee is refillable, but it was bit true. When ask, I was told they don't have any!

The location is amazing and good indoor parking, the rooms are a surprise! the size is so spacious and comfortable. l’occitane toiletries in the room is a nice detail. we had a car, but train station is so near, and all the places to visit are walking distance. staff is the friendliest.

It sounds silly, but pillows seemed old or bad quality and it ruined the sleep, not only me but the 3 of us, shame in such a spacious nice room, but it only needs that little key comfort.

Breakfast was good, but not great. It was crowded when we went down and several of the items had not been replaced. Fresh squeezed orange juice was a definite plus. Nice helpful staff who showed me how to operate the juicer. The location of the hotel is great. Directly across from the entryway into the old walled city of Avignon. Easy to walk; no need for a car.

Our room was a garden view, but that meant it was on the first floor and the ceiling of our bedroom was low. The hallway was dark when we arrived. The hotel is right on the main road, with a nondescript outside look to it. No place to pull in with a car. We passed it twice in our rental car because all we could see was the word "residence", not a hotel sign. And, meanwhile, it is on a busy street with tram tracks in the middle. There's a small parking lot to pull into, but you have to drive over a sidewalk to get into it. You also have to be prepared to pull in right away because there's cars behind you.

Great location can walk to everything trsin station next door.

Hotel could offer more in the way of meals not just at breakfast time

The location is great, right outside the wall. The garden is pretty and the pool area looked good but having visited in October wasn't used.

I asked for a cot in advance but had no response. One was available when we arrived but we struggled to install it ourselves and no sheets were provided. Only one person was working at the time and she was clearly much too busy. Poor planning on behalf of management in my opinion for a hotel that claims 4 stars.
