Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a beautiful location on Pt. Judith, and the views of the ocean are wonderful. The house is in great shape - it's clean and there are a ton of amenities, including a Wii on the main floor which the kids loved playing. The upstairs has great space as well, including a second living room. Our only issue with the living space was the mattresses, which were oddly uncomfortable! We had a couple minor hiccups. We had an issue with the linens drop off and a toilet the broke while we were there. In both cases, the owners were quick to fix the issue. Additionally, the owners clearly care and want to keep the house in great shape - I really appreciate that, but they do have a lot of rules they ask guests to follow (regarding where things go, etc.). It was all well documented, which made the requests easy to adhere to. Note that they do ask for no group events or parties. We didn't realize how tightly the owners construe groups - and had a small BBQ that a few of our elderly relatives came over for. The owners communicated with us and it ultimately did not seem to be an issue, but I wish that had been noted more clearly (i.e. do not have gatherings of any kind). Again, we had a great stay at the house and appreciate how responsive the owners were.

We had an amazing week long stay here. The house was the perfect layout and size for our multi generational family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is very organized, including labels for the light switches. The proximity to the beach was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor shower, yard, deck gate, and swing set were some of the highlights of the house. One thing to note is that the house does not provide beach towels, but you can bring your own or rent through their linen service. Check out was a breeze and the host was so responsive and friendly! Betsy and Neil’s home was perfect for our 2023 family vacation! The house is a super short walk to the rocks on the beach and a touch further is Roger Wheeler State beach. The rocks were perfect for crabbing and the beach was lovely to chill on! :) The home has everything you could possibly ask for when visiting with a family of kids and teens. Close to everything you need and the views from the master suite and deck were great. Perfect size for 6 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the swing set!
