What as promised at the time of booking was not provided. When I booked the room it was mentioned as Air conditioned room but Air condition was not working and I was told that it would be turned ON only during summer. As my room was on top floor and there was no fresh air circulation, it was hot and my sleep was disturbed. After complaining the staff arranged me a small fan.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was brilliant. Only at 15 minute walk into the city Centre (Pest). Great value for money.

We were at one of the apartments, really great for families with 3 kids 😁 The breakfast was good. And the location was perfect to us.

Location is good, a bus stop is just a few minutes walk away. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

The interier was really outdated and not suitable for a 4* Hotel. From the pictures and the price I expected something else. As we stayed only one night it was ok, otherwise I would have left. Only three big towels for five persons.

was no breakfast only biscuits and coffee even thought it has stayed at booking breakfast was included. often water was only like warm, not hot enough for showering. the walls are so think we could hear the person next door snoring, alarm going off at 3.30am!

The soundproof of the room is terrible, as you can literally hear people’s talking in the next door. Don’t choose this if you want to have a nice sleep.

The hotel is a kind of an old castle, with a nice small inner garden and its own parking. This was super. Location 20 min walking from Elisabeth brige where you are almost in the inner city. I assume it is faster by bus and bus station was just in front of the hotel. It was nice and quiet for us.

Everything is a bit old, furniture, the bathroom, reception, etc. The water in the shower was not hot but a kind of warm. I do not know if it was normal or there was an issue for that night, I have not asked. We were charged twice by mistake. The staff was very responsive and nice and they assured us it would be solved asap (and I am sure it will be) but we still wait for reimbursment.
