Krásné prostředí, velice moderní interiér. Pro pejska jsme měli nachystanou misku na vodu - ocenila jsem. Wellness krásné a čisté. Snídaně bohatá a zaměstnanci vstřícní.

Naše druhá návštěva a opět jsme si to velmi užili. Rádi bychom speciálně poděkovali šéfkuchaři. Připlatili jsme si polopenzi a večeře pro nás byli gastronomickým zážitkem. Opět velmi milý a vstřícný personál.

Nemilé překvapení v nové politice extra plateb za parkování a wellness. Jediným slabým místem v nabídce jídel byly dezerty.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is walking distance to a few activities - rope walking between trees, bobsleigh as well as Medvedin hill. It is also great that the hotel is dog friendly. And overall the hotel offers many different (paid) activities such as spa, sauna, gym, indoor climbing, cinema, shooting range, bowling and more, so everyone will find what they wish to do which is great. The restaurant also offers a wide range of food for breakfast and dinner, which i believe is nice for everyone to find what they are in the mood for and also nice for families with kids.

Staff: we called to ask about availability of the hotel and we were told there are no rooms, yet on booking there were so this was concerning. During our stay at the restaurant, we had a full package paid and there is a rule that if you want to get a drink you have to pay extra for it, this is fine but the table is already set with glasses and when we were leaving the table we were rudely stopped and told to pay as they see glasses on our table. If they would have asked politely if we had a drink it would be fine but this behavior was rude. For a wellness hotel it was quite surprising to see that a swimming pool and gym are at an extra cost for hotel guests, the sauna and massage i understand but the pool and filled whirlpool with little kids I do not believe is worth the cost. But the staff at the desk for this was very polite and helpful so at least that and the gym has quite a few machines. Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned and beds were not changed, we even took our dog out for the whole day and all that was taken was the rubbish bin, so not sure why that was but it was concerning, we had to ask for clean towels (also the room was prepared for 3 people, but the amount of towels and all was just for 2). Terrace: It said the terrace is a non smoking area (near the restaurant) and everyone was smoking there, so when the door to the restaurant was open the smoke came in. Restaurant: overall there was a wide variety of food, but things like allergens or what precisely is in the meal was not written, the menu was just in the front of the door but no labelling at the actual dishes. I personally had an allergic reaction to a sauce as I did not know what it consists (luckily nothing serious, washed it down with water (that I had to pay even though it was tap water that had a chlorine flavor). Overall, quite disappointed with our stay, we came 2x before but since its been sold many changes have occurred and its not worth it for us anymore to return here.

Snídaně výborné, večeře výborné. Velmi dobrý výběr v zelenině.

Doprovodné ceny. Jednalo se o nákladný pobyt. Obvykle v takové ceně bývá zahrnuta alespoň jedna návštěva welness a také parkování, pokud se nejedná o historické centrum města. Dále se mi nelíbilo, že v ceně 550 kč za večeři není zahrnutý alespoň základní jeden nápoj, byť by se jednalo o vodu.

Čistota, program pro děti, vybavení pro děti.

Snídaně. Skoro žádný výběr ve zdravějším stravování, málo ovoce. Kromě meruněk, žádné sušené, ani rozinky, nic. Jen bílý jogurt, který jeden den nebyli schopni doplnit, žádný ochucený. Dva druhy marmelády. Žádné kompotované ovoce. Bez pomazánek(ve slaném sektoru), které jsou všude běžné. Bez čokolády (alespoň něco na způsob nutelly kdyby bylo) pro děti u palačinek. Vlastně kromě marmelády si na to nemohly nic jiného dát. Jeden den byl zbytek agávového sirupu, druhý den, už nebyl vůbec. Rýžový chleba nebo kneckebrot taky nikde. V této oblasti se hodně pohoršili. A na to, jak je to velký hotel, dražší, člověk by očekával mnohem víc.
