It’s in an amazing location, near theatres and the train station. Very clean facility, the breakfast is delicious with genuine Italian taste. All the staff are very polite and attentive to details. A special thank you to Antonio, the hotel night manager who was always polite and courteous with me, and Sara who went above and beyond to guide me and provide me with all the support to have a marvellous stay in the hotel and an unforgettable experience in Montecatini.

Great property with excellent service. Front desk very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were immaculate, modern, smartly furnished, and very quiet. Good parking available.

Pool facilities could use some updating.

Breakfast had a good spread and the service was very good. The front desk service was excellent too and they accommodated our early arrival very well.

Central location. 10 min walk from train/bus station. 10 mins from Tettuccio Terme which is definitely worth a visit. Funicular 5 mins on from that. Very helpful, friendly staff. Rooms and common areas spotlessly clean. Lovely pool and big spa jacuzzi. Air con and mini fridge in room a bonus.

No umbrellas around the pool area. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a lovely addition.

The staff are exceptional. They made my stay very special. They are a real asset to the hotel! The pool and spa are lovely. Rooms nice and clean and cool in the heat. Good breakfasts too.

It is a mystery to me how this hotel has such high ratings. It is an average hotel in a central location.

There are many 4* hotels in Montecatini, so I researched really carefully to pick a room I liked, but the room I got wasn't the one shown on the booking and they could not offer me the room they had sold me. Some very clever photography was used to present the pool and spa area which is actually quite cramped... I checked out after one night (and would highly recommend the Palazzo Belvedere)

The location of the hotel is great, 10min easy walking to center area and train station. There are good restaurants close by. The room was big, comfy and clean. The acces to the swimming pool is easy, directly from the reception area, which is nice decorated. The reception staff is very friendly, thank you Antonio for helping us with the transfer to Pisa airport. We recommend this hotel.
