Staff were all very polite and smiley

Room was super over priced at375 euros per night and all looking very tired. The desk chair was super uncomfortable and the bath was extremely awkward to get out of because of the position of the tap . Breakfast mediocre. The lift was extremely slow .

We had a nice, clean room with an adjoined bathroom and a small terrace. Location was top, right down to the beach. Breakfast was plenty and everything was in good quality, I also recommend the evening menu with equal good quality meals. Staff was friendly and engaging.

Difficult to find anything, but I can mention one minor item (I'm reaching!) We tried the hotel spa treatment and although the ladies were knowledgeable and money well spend (it was not cheap) the room decorations were hmm-hmm. Plus there was no light in my shower-room, I was literally standing in the dark. If you spend a little time on improving the spa process and environment (not the actual treatments) then it will be 100%

Spectacular views, amazing staff with children, bedroom was large, great bathroom both with stunning views of the castle and the beach. Food was good and restaurant very accomodating to our needs. Thermal spa in the hotel next door was fab. We I'll be back soon!

Breakfast and location were good, but even the breakfast choice is fairly limited. Staff were always around and generally friendly and attentive.

The room was very small, was in need of a refurbishment. It's a single room but based on the cost it was not impressive. The walls seem fairly thin and you can hear full conversations from the hallway and the rooms next door, and the noise from outside travels fairly well into the room. The faciltiies were limited because of covid, and the prices for the treatments seemed absurd. Room services has no menu, and no menu for the restaurants are available from the rooms, and minibar prices are not listed any where, you're simply charged at checkout. Air conditioning didn't really do much, the room was very hot and disturbed my sleep a fair bit. Certainly not a good reflection of the price paid for staying here.

Absolutley gorgeous ocean view, delightful breakfast, very nice and friendly staff and much fun at the beach and in the pool! We enjoyed our stay totally! It was relaxing and great.

There was a phone in the bathroom and it fell off the wall while sitting on the toilette. But my husband fixed it, so never mind.

The view, the location, the staff: all was wonderful! We hope to come back soon!

Because of COVID, the restrictions for the buffet and the use of masks. But the staff made it all easier to bear

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety in the buffet breakfast. Fantastic dinner at rooftop restaurant.

The view from the property was amazing, the staff really friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Antonio (server) who was super attentive and Daniel at the front desk who was also very helpful.

When we called in advance to organize a transfer from casamiccioli port to the property we were told to “just take a taxi from the port, when you walk put the boat at the end of the dock” which was interesting for a 5 star hotel, especially since when we walked out the boat there were several hotels and transfers waiting to Carry the bags of other people… Also, we paid for a superior room ocean view and when we first checked in we were given a room with no space to even put our suitcases and a terrace facing the side of the building, where you had to walk out and look right to see the ocean. We complained and they tried to push an upgrade on us for the following night, but after enough negotiation they moved us to a different superior room the next day, which was exactly what we originally expected/booked. Also we booked 2 massages at the same time and only 1 treatment room had the massage table with the whole for the face, so be weary of that… Besides that, the staff was super welcoming and did everything to make sure we felt at home and had a good stay. Besides the bumpy start it was a lovely stay, but I would not rate this a 5star hotel, but a 4 one. 😊

It’s six years in a row that I go to this hotel and there is absolutely no reason to change. The location near Ischia Ponte is amazing and the staff is really kind in every occasion.
