Great locality on the beach. Excelent view on the sea. Big balcony and big rooms. Very pleasant staff.

Just details but it counts. No WiFi in our room (nobody repairs it during our stay). Kitchen was not equiped for cooking. Little accesories (for example on the breakfast) were broken and did not do its work and so on. Nothing of these will spoil your stay there but it looks bad.

Exceptional location. The Tsilivi/Planos Beach is a sandy beach with shallow water of an exceptional cleanliness - blue flag - one steps in the water directly from the property - 7 steps staircase. Sunbeds+umbrellas are located on a lawn in the property yard that is carefully taken care of by the owners and personnel. Iconic building, like a crown jewel on the Tsilivi/Planos coast, easily recognizable. Designed by a smart architect. One could see the sea from any bed in the property - spectacular sunrises over the Peloponessos shore. Closest beach bar/restaurant at 30 m. However, the area is quiet and isolated - the crowded areas with shops and restaurants start at some 200 m away. Breakfast is presented in a compact manner but rich - from fried eggs and bacon to fresh pitas (salty, combined with Greek yoghurt and sweet) and comprising Zakynthian fruits and vegetables. From the semi-open bar/breakfast restaurant/lobby to the lawn one climbs 4 steps... Large suites or double rooms, some with two balconies. Well equipped kitchens. This is a Greek/Zakynthian family run business and the main concern is reputation for long-lasting success - and they demonstrate high class know-how of hospitality industry and great care for guests. Any issue is addressed with calm, with smile, with professionalism and efficiency - it is natural. They know everybody and are known by everybody in their sector or activity - they can arrange airport transfers, taxis, private tours, excursions, can recommend restaurants, etc. Additionally any fault of the house equipment is addressed asap in a proactive manner with the right qualified contractors. The personnel is discrete and professional. Perfectly clean rooms, bedsheets and towels with monogram, comfortable beds, sufficient furniture, safebox, large balconies. Overall, exceptional stay, with complete relaxation and satisfaction; we plan from now how to return next year.

Excellent location. Apartment has two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Very convenient for a family with big children.

At breakfast, everyone found food for themselves. There were several types of savory, sweet food and fruit, or yoghurt and muesli to choose from. They are always immediately replaced with refills when something runs out. In front of the accommodation the sea is sandy, shallow for a long time and crystal clear. The water was warm so the kids were inside for several hours and even after 8 in the evening it was very pleasant to bathe in it. There are several great restaurants and the Tsivili Center within a few 100 meters of the property.

Water and juice for breakfast were only available on request. No larger quantities were exposed. Coffee and tea, on the other hand, could be bought indefinitely.

Excellent location on the beach, literally! Very nice unobstructed sea view, extremely clean and well kept. The owner gave us excellent tips and ideas for swimming and dinning every day! So helpful. We didn't want to leave!!! Thank you Andreolas suites!

The hotel is right on the beach, so was really nice to wake up to this amazing view. The staff was super nice and helpful with our requests.

There is no coffee or even tea in the room. Also, in the shower there was not always hot water. Breakfast was not ideal, to say the least.

The house is located at the beach (ground floor garden) with umbrellas and sunbeds and easy access to the water. The appartment is comfortable and well equipped; has a great view over the sea. Short walk to shops and taverns. Fantastic frendly owner and staff!!! Cleaning service was great, even due to covid situation, they ensured to get the rooms cleaned. Breakfast: delicious!!!
