Location is nice and quiet. Nice view across the bay.

Staff was corteous but not as welcoming as in their sister property in Puri Bagus Lovina. Also food was better in PB Lovina.

Like many Bali resorts this one is recovering from Covid. The staff are Bali-sweet, the villas are private, the beach is 20 steps away. Loved the raised platforms over the beach for morning meditation or evening glass of wine,

Many of the older (this one is 32 years old) need cosmetic upgrades but that doesn’t take away from the staff, the location, and the privacy.

The washrooms had an open air plan which made noise travel from other rooms. Felt like there was very little privacy.

due to no one being there for 2 years they didnot have the pool bar working

Breakfast very good value and the best Pineapple juices that I had on our holiday. Location of hotel facing the sea was very good. The swimming pool was again the best that we experienced. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Outside bathroom and shower. Room service everyday.

The staff were fantastic; friendly, helpful and very polite. Good English was spoken by the majority Beds were comfortable and made up each day

It is very old and tired. The pool lounges were worn and battered. The cushions were dirty, torn and badly in need of replacement, as were the mattresses/cushions on some of the platforms Outdoor bathrooms would be lovely, it is wasn't like a sauna every time you entered it, by the time you had showered and dried off you were in need of another shower Bathroom sinks weren't cleaned at all during out stay, towels etc were replaced though Chairs on the balconies were very uncomfortable, and again, the cushions dirty and very old (one even had a cigarette burn) Smoking allowed in the restaurants which was very off putting and made eating there unpleasant

Very helpful team. Big rooms. Good coffee for breakfast. Nice and green location.

Very professional staff across the hotel, starting from front desk, pool attendant up to restaurant. Very good quality of the food and drinks, clean rooms and professional cleaning service.
