Kitchen well equipped, lots of space and room came with a balcony, a close 5min walk to the beach, hotel situated in a quiet area, shops/supermarket nearby helpful staff

Booked a room with ocean view, but was more a pool view with a tiny bit of ocean in between, (we were on the second floor) photos on the website show new modernized and renovated rooms with kitchen and bathrooms, but we had a more semi-renovated room, the unit was not very clean (dusty, hair in bathroom, etc.), we had 3 different diffusers in the unit and up on arrival it was a very unpleasant overpowering artificial smell (not everyone likes this, and some are even allergic, we had to put them outside on the balcony, and we could smell these when entering or leaving the hotel (2nd floor our balcony faced the entrance)

it was a beautiful clean exceptional place to stay. bed was super comfy and the staff were lovely. the ocean view apartment was divine.

Location was good, 10 Min walk to food and beach access close by. Unit itself was very nice.

No air con in the bedrooms. Definitely won't stay In summer again. Very hot bedroom. Not clear enough signage for rubbish bins outside, people wondering around aimlessly in reception with bags of rubbish Key return box In the carpark is in a silly spot, can't reach from the car but need the key to open the open, frustrating.

Great location, just a short walk to cafes restaurants and shops. The view was spectacular, it was hard to leave. Room was tidy, staff were friendly and helpful.

perfect location, you don’t require a car to get to shops and beach, indoor pool kept our toddler happy and the beach facing views were amazing

The stay was expensive so we were very disappointed by the poor condition of this very tired apartment. Not an ounce of care shown in the room. Old furnishings, curtains stained and not hung correctly. Dirty mirrors and windows. Unclean ! Dirty balcony with cig butts and bottle tops. Stains in toilet. A sign asking for a 10* review to get $10 back. Honestly that is very poor. A very lack lustre stay. Wouldn’t return.

Great location, nice and close to the beach and Broadbeach. Excellent pool & BBQ area. Spacious apartment and plenty of kitchen crockery and glassware. Lovely views from 3 sides of the building.

There was a water leak in the hallway which caused a small puddle of water to accumulate on the floor. Once we advised staff, it was dealt with promptly. The cause was the shower in main bathroom and this was just taped shut and nothing was explained to us, so we couldn't use the shower in the main bathroom for the rest of our stay. After the plumber visited the ensuite shower was left dirty. The ensuite bathroom was also a little dirty (hair on the floor) on arrival. There was an unpleasant smell (like garbage) in the complex hall way and there appeared to be wet patches on the carpet in front of the apartment door.

Location is great. One block from beach. 5 min drive to Pacific Fair shopping centre

Lounge in apartment was uncomfortable. Quite a bit of dust around apartment. Fan in oven very loud.

Lovely pool and spa. Apartment was spacious with well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Lovely view from our balcony. Great location seconds from the beach, easy walk to centre of Broadbeach. Also super handy bus stop right out front.

Apartment was a little tired, but very happy with our stay, particularly given the reasonable price.
