We were up in the area for a family wedding and needed a place to stay. This house was convenient for the venue and suited our needs. The house was so cozy with the old hardwood flooring and fireplace nestled in the woods. It has Everything anyone needs which is refreshing for a weekend rental. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this house to any renter

The property was everything we thought it would be and our stay was enjoyable. The dishwasher doesn't actually clean the dishes (they were pretty nasty), so we had to wash all glasses, plates, cutlery by hand in order to use them and then again after using them. To the owner's credit, they offered to bring in their cleaning service to help us and compensated us for our troubles. That was more than they needed to do and it was very nice that they did this. I'm sure they realize that it's time to replace the dishwasher. The house/bathrooms/bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. A good light for the grill area would be helpful too (or bring a headlamp) especially in shoulder seasons when the sun sets earlier. Bottom line is that with a working dishwasher, we'd all happily stay here again.

Communication with owner was quite easy. Home was well stocked with basic supplies. Well located for dining out, especially maple ice cream. Very much enjoyed the Nature Conservacy Pine Barrens, blue berries. Great beaches for swimming and lots of local places for short hikes.

After living in the area for almost 20 years, we moved away to the Midwest last year. This trip was our first visit back after our move & we could not have been happier with the property. It was perfect for catching up with friends & family we hadn’t seen in a year. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating & it was just right all around!! We will certainly look into staying here again next year!!

The house was very clean, cozy with plenty of space and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linen. Living room area had plenty of comfortable seating for all guests in our party. Lots of games for all ages. House is centrally located to fun activities for all seasons and shopping. We will definitely be back.

This home is charming, cozy ,comfortable and clean. The pictures and description are accurate. Nearby to The Preserve, Silver Lake and the mountains. There are some beautiful hikes nearby too. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice place to vacation at, semi private in the woods kind of place, nice location, not far from the white mountains, and Conway, shopping, hiking, ect. We loved the house, everything was furnished very comfortably. We would stay again if given the opportunity it was available when we want it.

We were in the area for a wedding nearby. This was the perfect location - close to the venue, lake park, food and everything else. Both the house and hosts were wonderful!

This was the perfect place for us to stay near the wedding venue in Tamworth. Julia was so helpful all the way, from booking to check out. The house is really well located, close to great lakes and trails for hiking. It's well equipped too, with comfortable beds and plenty of pots and pans. We had a ball!

The house is terrific. It’s very comfortable including the beds. Centrally located to Conway, Ossipee etc. can’t wait to return.

This was a wonderful home for our family vacation - everything was just as described, and communication with the owner was amazing (very accommodating, fast responses, and went above & beyond providing information about the area). We very much enjoyed our stay. House was clean, convenient to King Pine. Purity Springs has $7 skating where you can rent skates and return again at night under the lights. Snow shoe trails near the Mill were fun and the place has a perfect rustic ski vacation feel to it. Adorable place! Good size bedrooms, very comfortable large bath and shower upstairs and we enjoyed the fireplace too. Kids loved it!

Julie was amazingly communicative and helpful! The house had lots of games and spaces for the little one to be entertained and comfort and coziness for the adults to unwind from the stress of 2020. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again in all the other seasons!

Stayed here for three weeks while our kitchen was being remodeled. Great place! Well-equipped kitchen. Nice open plan kitchen and dining area looking out onto deck and wooded area beyond. Very comfy king sized bed I the master bedroom. Cathedral ceilings in bathroom make for a brightly lit bathroom upstairs. TV with all the necessary apps. Fireplace should you need some extra warmth on a chilly night. Laundry room with drying rack. Nice, quiet area with opportunities for walks, hikes, shopping, scenery and year round outdoor activities. Best of all, great owners who make sure you have a great stay: they are there for any questions or assistance you need if problems arrive.

We enjoyed the home because the accommodations of the bedrooms for sleeping arrangements was good and the kitchen was stocked with things you need to cook with the location of the house was good for us for the wedding and getting to other towns to do touring we also toured around the house

This house was perfect! It was a great centralized area to see all of New England. Quite, secluded. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything you need to cook. Restaurants and grocery stores are close. Eat at Jake's wonderful food and chowder!!! Julie was quick to respond with any questions.

Exceeds all expectations

We had a very pleasant stay; the property was immaculate and well-kept, well-supplied, and was a charming home away from home. The house is nestled in a picturesque area off the road, and the area is very quiet. The interior is definitely spacious as described, and provided plenty of room for our family. I'd certainly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable home away.

We just got home from a quick weekend getaway at this home, and loved every minute! It is very well equipped, and honestly felt like we were staying at a good friend’s house. It was so nice having things like linens/towels, pack n’ play/highchair, and basic kitchen necessities provided! We’ve stayed at rentals where we have to bring our own sponge and trash bags, so this was amazing and saved space in our car! The house is very clean and well cared for, and the beds were quite comfortable. My daughters loved the bunk bed room, and my 3yo asked if we could move into the “adventure house”! Close proximity to skiing/tubing at King Pine, which my daughters loved for their first time skiing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again... loved every minute!

Nice home with everything we needed. The house is close to Silver Lake and snowmobile trails. I would definitely recommend this rental!
