The location was great, but that was unfortunately the only positive thing about this resort.

We paid extra for a two-bedroom apartment as the Booking.com description promised a balcony / terrace for all two-bedroom apartments. This promise was not fulfilled. Instead, we got a ground-floor apartment, which was clean as such, however we found cockroaches in the apartment. This was not a surprise given the fact that the other bedroom stank disgustingly to mold and was clearly deteriorated by humidity. We could not use this room with double bed after the first night since our baby started coughing so much. The staff was unhelpful with the fact that we received something completely different from what was promised. In addition to cockroaches, the bathroom sink was blocked. The first time we reported the issue, nothing was done to fix it. The second time some maintenance workers came but the problem got only worse.

Excellent air conditioning system which was really needed. Modern decor and very clean apartment. Excellent location for everything. Clean sheets twice in one week which was nice.

Balcony difficult to get onto due to the heavy barred doors, so felt a bit like a cage. Huge air con unit on the balcony so very little room. Would not like to take a 1st floor apartment again for this reason. Pillows in the wardrobe were dirty and we didn't spot this till late in the evening and reception couldn't change these till the morning for us. Lack of facilities around pool, no umbrellas or pool bar. Although it was permitted to bring drinks down from apartment as long as they were not glass, so this was handy.

The cleanliness of the apartment which was cleaned twice over the 9 days we stayed. Great location. Really friendly and helpful reception staff Bus stop right outside of the property and the rail station is close by.

Modern, clean and well equipped apartments in a very good location

Not a massive negative, but there’s no floaties, air bed or balls allowed in the pool, so kids not able to enjoy the pool as much as they normally would.

We come back to this hotel regularly for quick breaks as it has great facilities, well equipped apartments, perfect location and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It is conveniently situated across the road from the park and close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The only downside we have is the beds. The doubles are two singles pushed together and my husband’s mattress had lost its support. However, if we were staying for longer we would have mentioned it and I’m sure this would have been rectified.

Don't know if it was because Booking. Com customers get the inferior apartments but this was very disappointing. A dark and claustrophobic ground floor apartment 6 feet from the footpath and road so curtains had to be closed for any privacy. Communal walkway and elevator right at the kitchen window. No balcony or outside space and not allowed to be in the communal pool area after 7.30 PM. The Security bars on every window were not conducive to a relaxed holiday mood and were not openable from inside so seemed a bit like a prison cell especially with just one door in and out I asked for a change of room or refund for the first time anywhere but that was not available

Pool was clean and great temp, bed was huge and room was clean and a good size. Just near the windmill roundabout so east access to everything.

Loved everything - the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Huge and comfortable bed and quality stuff - cookware, textures and all. Supermarket quite close. Great restaurants around - don.t miss El Ancla for surprising service and fresh fish! Paloma Park was just gorgeous, lots of animals walking around, lovely playgrounds. We walked to Marina, Teleferico, took the bus a few times - for a stay with kids, the options around are just perfect! The pool is nice with lovely shade in the afternoon, and there is a guy there who takes care of entertainment and activities for guests. We travelled to Malaga for a day and was grateful to be in a smaller city for a longer time and just having the option to mix with huge crowds, but not actually being there for the whole stay.

I didn´t like the check in ,to sing 7 signatures and bed room has others toilet flush noise.Pool was not tha same like in the pictures(missing palm trees) and water was cold .And check out is at 10.00 if you want to stay 30 more minutes more,you have to PAY.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay. I stayed at a few places in Costa del sol and this for me was by far the best
