From the WhatsApp communication to the accommodating attitude, Vert felt extraordinarily comfortable and hospitable is a space that isn't known for service. The concierge, Management staff, and reception staff continued to impress through their effort and care in making sure my questions were answered, concerns were addressed, and my stay was as perfect as possible... not an easy feat when traveling as a foreigner in Israel with an elderly mother, no partner, and young children. I couldn't give this hotel and staff a higher rating.

As a foreigner, the other guests can sometimes be abrasive, but that's the area. Meals can be a battleground, but really, it's a small concern for such a beautiful stay.

A great hotel with exceptional helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location with a lovely pool and spa. The hotel was one of our highlights in Isarel and we would like to return as we had an stay.

Absolutely nothing

Location was perfect, the rooms big and clean. Really good size

The room service was not good, they didn’t answer or phone back. We ordered a pizza, which was not very nice, from a frozen box.

everything was not perfect but the very dedicated teams always applied themselves to satisfying their customers. a special thank you to Gavriel who from the beginning to the end accompanied us during our stay.

What I didn't like much, however, was the food. It is obvious that efforts must be made. In general it lacked variety and it was not to our liking.

The pool is good, close to the sea

Do not go near this hotel, the toilets in the spa smelled like public toilets, the hotel charges money for a shared door between rooms even though when we made the reservation we mentioned it in the notes, the day before our arrival the hotel called and offered to keep the rooms with the shared door for us on the condition that we pay an extra charge, we booked from 2 different suppliers, one reservation was full board including breakfast, lunch and dinner for 4 people and another reservation was only with breakfast for 2 people, when we arrived at the hotel we asked that instead of 4 people coming in for both lunch and dinner, 6 people come in only for dinner evening, which means they earn 2 meals per day, the hotel flatly refused and we had to pay another 500 dollars for the meals, the day of departure I ordered a Swedish massage and the only time that was available was 11:10, so in the morning I asked to vacate one room (out of 2) at 12:00 I explained that I had a Swedish massage and I explained that I was carrying a gun and therefore required the room's safe, the hotel management was disrespectful and claimed that it was not possible to allow one more hour (a total of 2 rooms booked for 8 days, and one more hour is impossible) My wife left the pool without a ticket For a towel when she's frozen with a cold, and they refused to give her a towel, even though she asked to dry off and give it back at that moment..., the food is shocking, spoiled potatoes, tasteless tilapia fish, shakshuka is overcooked, if you're interested in losing weight, this hotel is excellent, in short, Really, really, not recommended, look for another hotel, there are many around

The ac wasn’t working in our room, the door was wasn’t locking so people could come in. This hotel is really old. The roof and the walls were cracked. The elevator is really old and makes noise.

It’s over priced for outdated rooms and noisy. The rooms needs lots of upgrades.

Booking.com did not submit correct information to the hotel. Since that both pointing fingers at each other. Took me 1:30 to figure out check in, after long flight, inconvenience to deal with it.

The staff were very kind and serviceable and the Food was tasty and good variety.

There where places in the hotel that looked like they needed renovation like peeling ceilings because of water damage.

Almost all facilities are totally available and not crowded, including Spa. 12th floor is quiet floor and "child-free" with solarium. Pool area is clean and perfect. Exit to Dead Sea beach.

No capsule coffee machine in rooms (it's quite standard already). For me, a geek, the TV that embedded inside the wall is totally minus :-) Can't watch my Netflix and other staff on bigger screen than my laptop :-\

Lose to the sea and view of the sea.

Pictures did not match room. Pictures advertised show newly renovated hotel rooms. Room we were given was old, dreary and in bad need of an update. To top it off, the staff was not very polite. Especially the lady downstairs handing out towels.
