Location and apartment excellent. Pool fab too!

Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had all the necessary facilities. TV had very good choice of channels and Netflix. Air conditioning was very useful and bed was very comfortable. Bar and catering was of high standard and staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to main stripe and Spar just across the road. Plenty of seating in pool area.

The pool was particularly small compared to other places I have stayed at. People leaving their towels on sun beds but not occupying them all the time. However, this was pointed out to me, on checking in, as being an ongoing problem that they are having to deal with.

Excellent pool bar with fair prices and friendly bar staff. Rooms were comfortable with everything we needed. No complaints.

People from everywhere were taking over the pool and deck chairs .

Comfortable, clean apartment with everything we needed (apart from a coffee pot!). Nice pool, plenty of sunbeds, very near to all facilities and shops and restaurants

No coffee pot in the apartment There was a big sign saying no reserving of sunbeds, but people still did it and nobody stopped them

The pool area was spotless, and the sunbeds were available all day. Great location, great kids pool

The trek up to the 3rd floor with buggys but we did request not ground floor.

Great apartment, well equipped kitchen and great TV with a few English stations and netflix.

Our only issue was it was hard to get hot showers in evening time but not a huge issue as weather was very hot and cool shower was needed.

Residence type of accommodation, good location to move around the island by car, friendly atmosphere, walking distance to the sea, restaurants and shops.

The restaurants that are at walking distance are not canary island typical food.

Uncomfortable beds and lots of noise from movement upstairs.

Lovely little place with an excellent little bar on the complex. the location is perfect, just down the road from the strip and beach- would definitely book again, in fact we have!👍

We booked the superior apartment with large terrace and private jacuzzi . The views , private sun loungers and jacuzzi did not disappoint. The complex is a small extremely well run and managed complex, great bar with very nice home cooked food , great prices, staff so friendly . Less than 5 minutes walk to the main strip . Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi cleaned daily .

Temperature in the jacuzzi on our terrace had been turned down , after many attempts over the first 2 days of our 4 day stay we did finally get it sorted . The sofa bed needs to be replaced. It was not fit to sleep on . Luckily I was able to take one of the single mattresses from the bedroom and put it on top of the sofa bed mattress as there was only 2 of us n the apartment . All in all a wonderfully well run and very friendly complex . I would most definitely return .

The apartments were very clean and so was the whole complex. The staff was friendly. It is quick walking distant to the main strip of bars and restaurants.

The heated pools didn't feel very heated.

Location was super and the apartments were well equipped.

Apartments could been cleaner, on arrival lots of hairs on the floors and behind the bathroom door.
