Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They have an information pack available with some helpful information for guests. They boast sustainability and live up to it. They encourage recycling of plastic, etc in the rooms as they have a bag specifically for recyclable materials. They have items which can be borrowed such as books, snorkel equipment, beach bags, beach towels among other items The hotel location in the new town is excellent. You're only a street away from the hub of restaurants and pubs. Despite the proximity, the nights are not very loud. The hotel is also very well located with regards to the beach. It's really quick to get to the beach which is great. You're not too far from Mandraki port either, so if you book any excursions, they will usually start from there, so no need to wake up too early as you're only about 10 minutes away! It's a really nice and basic hotel with great staff, great location and it's well worth staying here if you're interested in staying in Rhodes Town.

They are adorable people and helped me a lot… 💕 the restaurants that they suggest were perfect too. They supply many kitchen stuff you can prepare your breakfast 🤞🏼i love the location… you can walk to old town, new market, beach, marine, sea side etc

Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Ivonne especially is really really sweet and made me feel very special. Towels, sunscreen, maps and recommendations for restaurants are easy to access and borrow. Great location and you won't find better value for money in town. I will go again.

The bathroom was quite noisy with a slight dripping noise but otherwise no complaints for the price I paid.

The hotel is on super location - near the beach, near the street with shops and restaurants, in quiet street, 10-15 min from the Bus Station. Ivonh is very polite host, give us all necessary information. All needed is in the room! Very clean.Best place!

Shame I can’t rate with an 11. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Large room, plenty of space for bags, big shelf space, lots of room for toilet items, good kitchenette, comfy beds, nice balcony with drying racks. Everything you could want, has been thought of, even a toothbrush holder. But most of all the kindness and help this family gave us was incredible. The location is 10 minutes walk to Medieval town, steps to pedestrian laneways with their bars and restaurants and 3 minutes from the crystal clear waters of the beach.

We booked the “holiday home” studio for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is ideal on a quaint little pedestrian street in the new town. A short walk to the beach and the old town. Yvonne was an incredible host. The booklet she has put together with recommendations of what to do on the island was super helpful. Every restaurant recommendation from her was amazing! The studio itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The court yard and balcony are perfect for a quiet drink outside. If we’re ever back in Rhodes we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Hotel & rooms were a high standard 2 star, spotless with thoughtful extras. Hosts & staff very friendly & couldn't do enough to help. Location was ideal, good restaurants on doorstep & walking distance to both beach, seafront & Old Town.

Very convenient location in a quiet alley within walking distance from the Old Town, beaches, restaurants, shops and everything you might need. The owner was very friendly and helpful, her hand-drawn maps surely were helpful. Excellent value for money.

The room and facilities are pretty basic, nothing fancy, but you do have everything you need.

Hotel owners can be the sweetest people in the world. Their help with everything made my Rhodes trip incredibly enjoyable. The hotel is in quiet streetbu at the same time very close to the beach and walking distance to the old town.
