charming hotel clearly worth 4 stars
the spa is great, the outside jacuzzis are a must, the breakfast is good and the rooms are beautiful. you also have a great restaurant next door and a ski rental so that’s perfect location with a parking as well.
if i really have to say something I would say a boiler in the room would have been great

The village is close to many other villages, it is remarkably quiet and peaceful, the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The staff are incredibly kind and always available, even at night, we they leave the place
The breakfast is the same, no change. For someone like us, who came for 5 days, it's annoying at some point

Very clean & comfortable hotel, nice atmosphere and a good breakfast selection. Has a drinks menu for the afternoon too. Close to the Patinoire & Biathlon Arena. 5 minutes walk to the town. Also had a nice plunge pool and whirlpool to use, along with a Sauna and treatments available.

The location of the hotel (5 min by foot to the city centre), the cute little spa and a big breakfast buffet!
The small size of the room and it was located in the attic, without AC - so quite hot!

Lovely little hotel in a beautiful town with a great breakfast. The view from the room was magnificent. Room was a bit small but very comfortable and well-appointed. Wish we had AC there in the heatwave, but everything else was great.
Wish we had AC, the room could get warm at night. We would open the door to the balcony to cool it off.

Spotlessly clean, great location metres from ski bus stop, excellent breakfast. Great to have a spa with hot tubs to relax after skiing.

It was a quaint little hotel! The spa was really nice, and the breakfast was good. The room was comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of snowy rooftops. The bathroom was nice and clean, and the slate tiles in the shower were really nice. We didn't have time to do it, but there's an ice skating rink literally right next door to the hotel, which is a nice perk to this location.
We also enjoyed being able to rent/return our ski materials from a shop connected with the hotel. It was great!
We only stayed 3 nights, but we noticed the breakfast was exactly the same every day. Granted, it was a good breakfast, but we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than 2-3 nights because of the lack of variety/change in the food.

Great value for the price we paid. Much better than the nearby 4* hotel we stayed in last year. We were happily surprised as this hotel is a 3*.
Good size room with balcony, it seemed newly refurnished to me. Bkfast was good too.
Unfortunately our balcony was facing a field full of campers.
