La atencion de una mujer cristina del restoran.. no es educada para nada.. incluso prensencie cuando maltrataba a su companera . Una chica muy amable.. nos miraba con cara de asco todo el tiempo

Most of the staff were very nice and warm. Breakfast was ok as a Buffet; it was varied but there were not many options in each category. Everywhere you could look at in the hotel was very clean, spotless I would say. Also, kudos to Priscilla from Front Desk. Thanks for arranging us a tour service. Overall, it is just as it is offered in description and photos here.

The noise at night coming up from the street or one of the buildings in the same street block. Out of four nights, at least in two of them we woke up in the middle of the night just from uproar nearby (people partying). Also, the heating system in the hotel was too high. It made a bit hard to get sleep some nights.

The location is excellent. Right at the center of the town. The room was small, but adequate. The bathroom was also adequately sized.

The breakfast was very basic. The wifi was adequate for browsing only.

The room is clear and comfortable.

We had 2 rooms. Mine was really cold. There were no air conditioner. The bathtub is leaking water. No bidet on bathroom. Not enough towel. Hotel cannot have 4 stars. You should not expect so much things. I will never stay here again.

The hotel offers a super comfortable bed and nice breakfast, ideal in the context of exploring the surroundings. They also had a fitness room with a good threadmill, helpful staff and central location.

Because it's central, it was very noisy in the evening - the hotel is close to a square and there was an event there at the weekend I stayed. Maybe some clubs are near as well, it seemed like it. Attention if you have any allergies, the room is carpeted and had a bit of a mold smell.

We were looking for an easy location in Puerto Montt to stay at before a flight. For the price compared to other places we stayed at while driving the Lakes District Circuit, we expected it to be better. The hotel is centrally located (easy to walk to many nearby restaurants), but the parking was a few blocks away which ended up being a hassle in bad traffic when we were checking in. The staff was very nice, but spoke very very little English, which was surprising in a centrally located hotel. The room was fine, but dated. Comfortable enough to spend a night while traveling, but I don't recommend making this a "special" destination. There was staff overnight that helped us get to our car very early in the morning before our flight, which we appreciated.

An updated room could have helped the ambiance. The location didn't seem dangerous, but we did see a man get beat up while we walked to dinner, and if I was a female traveling alone, I wouldn't recommend walking around Puerto Montt alone at night. A 20 minute taxi ride takes you to the charming, lovely, and safe town of nearby Puerto Varas, where you can stay at much more charming locations for the same price, and have lots of restaurants to walk to and a gorgeous view of the lake and volcanoes.

-Staff doesn't speak English -it's not a 4 stars hotel for international standards, in other countries it would be 2 or 3 stars hotel -for payment with a debit card I was charged a 19% fee - it's not my fault that hotel doesn't have a well-working device for paying -noisy at night (parties outside)

Central location.

Very no frills. Tiny room (couldn't even open a suitcase). Could hear everything in the hall. Shower was tiny and water went everywhere. Photos are a lot nicer than in person.
