Located up in the hills, in a secluded spot but only two miles from Capivari. Very convenient, but you need a car. Hotel is very well maintained, nice gardens; there are many small living rooms where you can be with your family. Restaurant is very good, breakfast is fantastic. Wifi worked perfectly. There are two charging ports for your electric car.

Rooms are a bit small; perfect for two persons; It is a family hotel, many small children around. Just be prepared for it. Breakfast starts only at 8:00. It could start a bit earlier. Our room had a bathtub with a huge step to get into it. If you have mobility problems, ask for a different room.

This was not our first visit to this traditional hotel in Campos de Jordão. This time we stayed in the best room so far - connecting double rooms with a bathroom (including a bath tub) in between and a small entrance hall. Very quiet and very private. The decoration was gorgeous and all very clean. Products in the bathroom are from L'Occitance and bedding and towels are also of excellent quality. Staff are all extremely polite and helpful, often going beyond what has been asked. Food at the hotel's restaurant is excellent (not cheap) and the drinks at their bar are carefully prepared. The team that entertained the children was also extremely friendly and fun. There was enough fun for the whole family!

The water in the shower didn't drain properly, and the windows made noise because of the wind, which was bothersome during the night.

The kids entertainment team is amazing! Even in an raining day they where able to create the most amazing day for the kids!
