The staff are exceptional, the front desk team are attentive and helpful and a real asset. The pool is beautiful and the breakfast in the restaurant by the beach is perfect. Modern rooms, well equipped and spotlessly clean, highly recommended

The restaurant is at the beach. The staffs are freindly and helpful if you asked something.

The shower wasn't good installed in the bathroom and too bad smell from the sewage into our room. We have to ask that they have to spray our room to reduce the smell.

Extremely unfriendly personal, an obvious lack of hygiene all over the place, breakfast was terrible and the coffee served out of a big pot even worse. I understand that cannabis is legalised in Thailand but having it displayed in the breakfast room is a bit too much for our taste. We read all the negative reviews about this hotel and we came to the same conclusion on most of them.

Paid for top room but some facilities did not work. Bathroom mirror light not working. Entry door lock very hard to open. Poor breakfast selection.

The location is the best thing of the hotel. Also the reception people are very friendly and always trying to help.

The breakfast could be a bit better but it is ok. The lady who prepares the omelette/ eggs is a bit rude. I have missed lactose free milk (soja or almond or other kind of vegetal milk. The people in charge of the cleaning is really loud and the room is not clean (dust on top of the sockets, sand in the floor). It is a potty because the hotel has a lot of potential.

Perfect location with a lovely pool and a great atmosphere for breakfast and to watch the sunset with a drink in your hand. The size of our room was very good and the room felt fresh. We where close to several restaurants in the evening which was very nice so that we where able to chose from a lot of restaurants. The breakfast buffé was absolutely approved, it was nice that they made omelett or scrambled eggs for you. The prices in the hotels restaurant where good. The transfer from and to the pier worked perfect. We really liked Koh Tao and would chose to stay here again.

Excellent location directly on the beach with a great beach front for swimming, drinking and watching the sunset. The pool is nice for a refreshing rinse. The large balcony for room 101 is enjoyable for sunbathing and late night drinks. Outdoor jacuzzi tub is in working order, didn’t use, only tested. The lady who booked our snorkeling tour was very sweet.

The room is beyond filthy. Stains on bedsheets. Cobwebs literally everywhere that it became almost comical. The shower curtain is yellowed and covered in mold. The shower wall had product stickers stuck to it from previous tenants. The mirror doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in over a month. In order to get into the shower you have to step up almost two feet, which is harder when you’re getting out wet and the floor is soaked as well. Towels are old and feel like drying off with a stinky rope. Most of the staff is rude. Didn’t get beach towels during room service two days in a row so I asked the front desk, they basically told me I was lying. I did not eat at the restaurant due to cleanliness and staff attitude so I cannot comment on the food. I really wanted to like this place as Koh Tao has always been my favorite place in Thailand, so I splurged on what I thought would be a nicer room. Unfortunately, this place turned into the largest disappointment of our entire 40 day trip.

Ideal location on Sairee beach, walking distance to everything. Standard/basic room, adequate and functional … hot water in shower very hit and miss ( mostly miss !!) Nice but small pool available Breakfast OK, an easy start to the day, but nothing special. Food from restaurant OK…. but much better is available from many other places nearby.

the location of the resort was ideal, direct access to the beach (perfect sunset view) and in walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. the resort had everything to offer that we were looking for, but it was especially the small things that made it perfect: everyday, the staff brings free water and a roll of toilet paper to each room. the pool has kid and adult-areas, different depths for every height: perfect. the staff works diligently to keep the resort clean. there are two talking birds that were a hit with our child! and lastly: we loved the egg and pancake-lady at breakfast. she took care of every wish that we could think of and had a kind smile and high five for our baby every time we were in the area (as did all of the other restaurant staff. we had originally planned to stay a week but extended our booking because we loved it so much. we felt very welcome here, thank you!

nice lay out great pool area

the front desk staff were great as well as the maid staff, but the restaurant staff didn’t have a clue what was going on. Most of the time you’d have to get up and go order another drink or whatever you were looking to order from the menu.

Beautiful rooms on the beach loved the talking birds and the whole vibe was great

it was a really friendly place, clean, nice facilities, great location, beautiful place and beach. strongly recommend this place.

the staff and location bent over backwards for us including arranging transportation. our favourite person in Thailand is now Sam the front desk man. go say hello tell him Peter sent you. he’s special. even came in early on his shift to say goodbye to us.

Very nice location. The room is equipped with everything you need. Nice and clean. Still quiet in the evening. My room was near the staffs tool room. It was very loud when they were cleaning the rooms in the morning. And they shouting a lot. The walls are thin, they should be quiet in the morning. The statt at the reception is very friendly and welcoming. I kept extending my stay due to the very good location.

I didn't like the staff at the restaurant. Not very friendly and welcoming. Hard to order anything, either they ignore you or you have to call them.

The restaurant on the beach was great. Good breakfast and the staff was relly friendly
