Espectacular, muy buen trato, muy agradable el personal, vistas fantáscticas, ubicación a las afueras en una zona preciosa. la verdad que lo recomiendo

I didn’t like at all because it is not as on Booking website. What is promise doesn’t look so good at the end.

Check-in: the person responsible for it never shows up, evens during nn the “checkin times”. Room: incredible small, with no surfaces, the toilet is in front of the access of the shower, there are no places to hang towels, there is rust and it is old and dirty. Breakfast: old American coffee and a couple of slices of ham, salame e 4 biscuits.

Nice view , cosy location

It was a very peaceful hotel with wonderful views of Valle Gran Rey and the mountains from our lovely wooden balcony. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was set in La Calera which is a historic area with little streets without cars. We would definitely stay there again. Staff were very friendly especially Lucy and Conchi.

Set in the lovely hills of La Calera, Hotel Jardín Concha was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Valle Gran Rey. We really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of Hotel Jardín Concha and La Calera. Only a short walk brings you to the other busier areas - La Playa, Puntilla and Vueltas - to the beaches, cafes and restaurants. The room was perfect - very bright and clean - and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was great, staff super friendly and we were also so lucky to have a large terrace with sun loungers, a table and chairs, and wonderful view of the sea. We spent some sunny days relaxing and having lovely lunch with local veg and mojo from the nearby vegetavle producers. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Jardín Concha for anyone looking to explore Valle Gran Rey and Lá Gomera.

Unfortunately the holder for our shower head was broken so we had to hold it when showering or try to balance it. A small inconvenience and it didn't ruin our stay by any means, but a simple fix for the next guests. :)

Tea/Coffee facilities not advised available in breakfast room - kettle was supplied though which was helpful.

Very charming bedroom with beautiful French doors pending onto a private balcony overlooking the sea. For the price it’s really great value!

The breakfast is continental - simple but good. Could have been nice to have some eggs and/or table service.
